I don't think think it's Reem. The red serpent was kept in a laboratory. It was shown in today's episode. On the other hand, Reem was present in Gujral family's party. It's not possible for her to be present in both places at the same time.

It was a weirdly worded dialogue yaar. Thoda open ended laga sunkar. They showed the location to be 'Chingistan Labs'. Then at around 7min into the epi the lab guy says this - "Vo vish chaahe aaya ho yahan se (from where-Chingistan), par pata hai kisse (from whom-Red Naagin) aaya hai..?"

So it could be that "yahan se" means that the vish comes from Chingistan but "kis se" means from whom, so like it's actually extracted from the Red Naagin whose origins are unknown.
