See, that's the thing. She knows and has accepted that Abhimanyu never loved her nor was he even remotely interested in her. And she was fine with it as long as Akshara didn't get him either. She is fine with herself not getting Abhimanyu as long as Akshara didn't have Abhi in her life either. That aspect - that Abhira love each other and are going to finally become a couple officially - is what she can't accept. Her ego wouldn't let her.
It's not any PTSD BS. It's hurt ego lashing out. She might hide behind the PTSD concept to do some more lashing out. It's her perfect shield where even Abhi can't do anything much unless he has solid proof that she is acting.
And I agree with what Pooja said - the whole card drama might end in Abhi burning that previous card. Of course, that will only push her further into wrecking more havoc but...let's see. If Gorillas believe she has PTSD and ask Abhira to tone down or handle with care, I can totally see Abhi opting for runaway marriage. A destination wedding in a different way.
