Generally punishment is imprisonment or fine or both. These ones are i think upto two years.

I think that Neeraj has definitely been an accomplice and when Maitri disclosed Anjali's location to him, she became an accomplice too. Her intention is not clear yet. After the Anjali drama came up and Ram took Shivina away, they never showed how Mairtri felt about her role in the Anjali case. Did she know that it would not bode well for Priya?
