Holi is not something we celebrate in Kerala. But due to pop culture, some kids throw colors at each other in their colleges and that's that.

Yeah so where I grew up, every once in a while there would be some dinner party by the local Indians that my parents would attend and someone will put like a tiny dab of color on all the guests cheeks, naam ke wastay. Diwali was the big deal festival for the NRI community here.

Don't call it a chaos, abhi tumne humare yaha ka paagalpan dekha hi nahi, hum launde shirt ke bina wapas aate hain ghar..
