Rumour has it, when Shammi Kappor heard R D Burman's music for Teesri Manzil for the very first time he said it will change the sound of Bollywood music and Teesri Manzil songs did that exactly. One of the finest Bollywood albums IMO.

as for BGM and credits..most of old movies BGM and opening credits were top notch...actually todays movies pales in comparison when it comes to BGM or credit rolls.

I love the songs of this movie, feel like 'tumne mujhe dekha' is a bit underrated from the album.

I remember my aunts telling me that there was a contest in theatres when this movie released. You would win a prize if you guessed the killer before the interval (FDFS of course 😆)

Shammi Kapoor movies brought so many changes to BW (Glamour wise)

I just recently re-watched the movie... Tumne Mujhe Dekha is such a classic... When I watched it as a child, I fell in love with Asha Parekh... 😆
