I can function on any amount of sleep, but I try to get a good night's rest. Dimaag behtar chalta hai. 👍🏼
IKR my brother too is from the same department. No matter how his day was at work but gym is must for him...Aur yahan office se ghar aane k baad apni jagah se hilti bhi nahi mai...😆

How did you guys get 6-7 hours straight sleep..Mujhe bhi raaz bta do..
Yahan toh neend udi hui hai I hardly sleep for 5 hours....Aur agar galti se if I slept in afternoon toh it will be 3-4 hours mushkil se.
(I realised I have no right to question KD about sleep, mera khud ka schedule bahut kharab hai) 🙈
I have started doing that now after I left the job...Pehle toh travelling mei hi exercise ho jaati thi 😆
I try to do my exercise in the morning. Warna main bhi nahi hilne waali apni jagah se. 😆

Eat dinner max by 7:30 PM.
Bed by 10:30 PM.
No electronic device for at least half hour before bed.
I do about 70% of these. It definitely works.

If I am not up studying till late in night then I sleep at around 1..wake up at around6.30...
I take a power nap at any point of the day I get time... Half n hour..usse zda nahi🤣
