so i watched imlie today out of the blue. imlie's ex-husband has kicked malini out (i think because she was exposed when she tried killing imlie). now he is asking imlie to marry him again 😲

imlie is now stuck in a dilemma, she still likes her ex husband but doesnt want to go back to him. while the new ML (ASR) is hopelessly in love with imlie but doesn't know how to help her move on from her toxic ex

i never watched the banga version but my mom told me malini learned her mistake, accepted imlie and divorced her husband. then she married another guy and lived happily ever after. the bengali show never had another ML opposite imlie. imlie and her husband were the endgame. but they changed the story in the hindi version, maybe because the previous ML quit?
