A forced marriage was always a given since Gul show. I was saying this since we had that poll in dt 14-15. The difference between Aryan and Gul's previous forced marriages, including the shotgun wedding, is that Imlie wouldn't have to earn the rights of a wife because Aru doesn't shirk responsibilities. All the whilst he will do his best to not act entitled towards Imlie. Sure, his possessiveness will surface most prominently to every third-party but he'd do his best to not curtail Imlie's personal freedom. He'd make sure their personal equation doesn't change beyond what is unavoidable.

I don't think it will be Aryan manipulating Imlie into a marriage because he literally has no reason to. Not if we go by today's episode. We will see a lot of angst and pull-and -push but not the same thing that is being done in 5 different shown atm.

This marriage will be everything what the former marriage wasn't.

But will Imlie be able to do that differentiation and how long will Aryan fulfill this role with zero expectation is what we have to see. Cause neither Imlie is like Aditya, nor Aryan is like Imlie. Let's wait and watch.
