I just thought if only I had the cancer instead of my aunt and my friend, it would be easy to die🙁. But, instead I got disease that will make me suffer till the day I die, and again the mental trauma. I am living like a living dead. If not my best friends were holding me tight every time, I would not be alive today after the health conditions. 4 people holds me tightly whenever I tried to die, and I already lost one of them, while trying to save me. It's more sad case because I can't help them at all. So sorry, I am letting out a bad atmosphere.

But it's a voidable marriage matlab you can choose to continue it.

Adini Marriage 1 - invalid, because only court can act on voidable marriages

Since Adilie lived as husband and wife, their divorce is valid.

Adini Marriage 2 - valid.

So Imlie can be accused of bigamy with this marriage

Nope, contract act doesn't work here. Hindu Marriage Act is the guiding law and section 12 speaks about voidable marriage.
