New article...its strange

As per this article, she only wanted a break for about two weeks but the producers didn't agree with that and replaced her. They could change the story or even use a replacement for a short time if it was only over a week break. Stupid decision.

Some important parts:

She shares, “Honestly, I wasn’t prepared for it. I was told on the set that it was my last day on Thapki Pyar Ki 2. It was an emotional day for me, as the show is my baby and the unit is a dream team.

I thought it was her own decision to leave the show permenantly but after reading this, it sounds like she could continue if the producers were more cooporative. After all she quit Shakti to play Thapki and this behavior isn't fair at all.

We don't know what is correct, na. If they were not happy with her work, would they have called her a second time? Must be somme issue with the actor and PH.. Both will try yo justify their part

It shows there wasn't any serious health issue. She was tired of back to back shooting 7 days of week and all she wanted was to be given a few days break for resting and attending her brother wedding.

Read the article and I feel there's some truth in it!

Health issues were there, it was very evident! Since late December, all Thapki's scenes looked somewhat strained ... like Jigyasa was pushing herself to do it! Prior to TPK2, she did Shakti for 2 years ... obviously her body reacted and her health deteriorated!!

What's sad is the reaction of the PH!! No wonder at the farewell she said " If I did any wrong, then please forgive me!"

And howcome they don't have " a healthy bank of episodes"? Weren't they filming 3 weeks in advance at 1 point in time??

Telling her that it was her "Last day" was most unprofessional (especially after knowing about her problem)! Do they HONESTLY think a new Thapki would boost that incredible 0.8 TRP, that they so readily let Jigyasa go?

Strange is the way the TV industry works!!!

Makers cant afford break now it's not the right time ...everyone's asses are on fire ...they have their own reasons to be pissed off....

I wish it too...but was it that difficult for both of them to compromise somewhere in between...

As viewers we understand it tough spot right now at 6 pm ...The show is about to lose the slot ...Chikoo is grabbing all the rush ...

The show must be in off air list probably by now....due to low trp....

Hope they bring out best from the casts now....❤️
