I don't agree with this guess yaar other people are saying it too... harsh does not hold that much power over abhi... he will operate on Manish and then just get back together with Akshu. I think that he will be guilty and feel responsible for the heart attack so he will start distancing himself and then Akshu will have to fight for him...
