The year was 2007. I was minding my own business like I always do. And then one day I saw this promo of this new movie called Saawariya (ya don’t judge)

RK was in there singing with a towel and pretty sure the lyrics were jab se teraaaa towel giraaaa tab se tab se MimiLulu teri deewani huuuiiiiii…:

anyways kya hua phir? Jo hona chaiye tha. I decided right there then that this is my sacha pyar! I even Dmed him on FB …that was when only 5 people were on FB and Zuckerberg was still living in a basement (lets not go there)…anyways he replied back saying “hi MimiLulu” which obviously means “yes I love you too” and yes it was really him but then haters gotta hate and his account got hacked 😭 but MimiLulu’s love remained…..

Now year is 2012. I once again was minding my own business (and loving my bae RK) and I saw another promo of a movie called Student Of The Year….I said to myself, what bakwas is this? But then my eye caught Varun Dhawan and yes I got tingly feels in my body so I went to watch the movie and yes tingly feels continued while watching him but lo and behold ….I felt motherly instincts for Shanaya o Shanaya aye Shanaya ….aka Alu Batata so I decided to adopt her….then I watched Highway (best movie ever please watch ) and I officially adopted her…

So our happy family was good…me, my bae RK, my side bae VD, and my beti Alu

Phir Alu ko laga jhatka and she decided she loves RK…what in the Woody Allen world is this? So here we are…..

(In the meantime I also adopted Akshu)

Yes at least it took Kartik a few months of marriage before he started in with the angry "Tumhara bhai" speeches. Abhimanyu is just a simmering cauldron of rage and violence. That's why all the mothership posts on how cute it is that Akshu is being so fierce and he's being so meek struck me as distasteful. All the meekness and disarming behavior towards Akshu is just so much nautanki on Abhimanyu's part - the truth is, the minute she displeases him, that aggression is going to come right to the surface.

(And blech to all the justifications that his anger is like Shiva's third eye 🤢 Abhimanyu is more dog than god...)
