Dadiamma ji is calling herself a millennial? Ammaji, apne Alt Balaji show ki fikar karo- koi nahi dekhne waala toh footage kyu khaa rahi ho?.

Secondly, atleast itna toh confirm hua ki didi IF ke discussions padti hain, as usual shes picked up the only valid criticism from this thread.

Deepika is in a way lucky to have haters who spend time watching her movie just to troll her .

Kangana's last movie about one of the most powerful lady politician is not even acknowledged by many lead reviewers, not even her deshbhakti fans.

She definitely is a millennial. I guess her date of birth is after 1980 . millennial is a person who was born between 1980s and 1995.

It's what she claims- but none of her bizarre stories line up. I'd take her claims about her age with a healthy dose of salt.

Its one of the issues she has , doesn't mean movie has to be centered around her treatment. Many in India still dont go for therapy for multitude of reasons. So this argument to diss the movie feels like out of line to me. Naseer's character must have wanted to save their marriage or another option was to leave the wife. May be he chose the later option. He went against her will ofc but no where there is whitewashing of the characters like you mentioned, we do feel sorry for the situation they all have landed up but no where we feel empathy coz we know they all messed up big time. Another thing about Alisha should have told Tia doesn't make sense at that juncture. What good would it have done to anyone? Just to satisfy the moral compass ? Even Tia was selfish to hide such big secret and only came out in open when it felt convenient to her . Even with her ex bf , with or without zain that relationship had no future. Zain just was a catalyst to end it earlier. So why exactly should see feel sorry for ex bf here . I dont get it. Yes, moving on indeed was the best option. She did a mistake doesn't mean she needs to ruin her life for that mistake. Thats exactly what her mom was unable to do .

@bold Probably saved another generation from family trauma. She and her dad had a weird relationship because he hid the truth from her which made her assume things. Run after wrong things. Tia loved Zain and lived in the impression that he was so stressed coz of work that he committed suicide. She would always feel sorry for that person. She deserved to know what a jerk he was. It’s not easy to survive with that guilt that someone you loved had so much pain in them they decided to die and you couldn’t be of any help. Again an angle not explored. This is why I say the movie tries very hard to make audiences relate to the protagonist who is not just flawed or twisted but plain selfish and emotionless towards others. No this is not ok how much ok the writer tries to make it. At least for me I wasn’t able to resonate with Alisha at all. She is just self centred and loves only herself, and it’s not ok to live that way. The fact that the movie doesn’t take any side means it deems what Alisha did as a possible best way of doing things which I don’t agree with.

I do feel DP and Siddhant did tried their to salvage in terms of acting even though there were a lot of inconsistencies in the storyline. Storyline was executed in mediocre manner but I feel DP and Siddhant tried their best.
