It’s all to appease the friend. The maker can’t keep his personal n professional relationship separate. Also another way to garner sympathy from online audience who are might pissed with V and obsessed with Anuj.

I am not sure about the profit in this business model or maybe RS isn’t worried about money just relationship just like those dialogue they show. Yeh mitti hai, rishta zyada zaruri hai

I understand your rage, jaan!

But from where I can see, it's good! Hear me out.

SP has had a big fat influencial agenda with the PH (what exactly we don't know) He might be getting out of hands for PH to manage, recently. And viewers are very vocal about their disinterest in his character.

This way, they are kind of bribing SP to keep him away from the actual show. This particular web series is our wish and will to watch or not. We aren't in anyway attached to it and we would happily turn a blind eye to it. It's like a dead money investment for makers.

And this way they could salvage the actual show and make it MaAn centric. And won't have to juggle between SP and fandom for almost every track and sequence.

Atleast, I would like to see it that way!
