Why would she sell her part if virks have the mortgaged portion? Why would she pay their debt?

That happens normally, yes. If you get the property, you also take the liability. Now I'm not watching the show, but from what I've heard, J has taken the non mortgaged part(idk how is it even possible because the mansion is on one piece of land).

Now either J is unaware of mortgage thing...and she will be liable or she knows that Virks have the mortgaged part and will take advantage of it.

Do you guys seriously think Fateh means what he said about becoming J's or not meeting T ever again? 🤣

He can't, he won't. He is just saying that to make Tejo all emo and not feel like they would cheat on J.

He raaaaaan to Tejo today as he got bugged with J. Lol.

He would find a way where he'd see Tejo yet not technically cheat on J. He is very ishmart that way 😆

Tejo is already emotional. And she'd never have an affair with Fateh.

That would require him to get married with chammo. I don't think they're gonna be married. I'm just mad at his dialogue
