Actually paychopaths dont feel any emotions, empathy towards others ( specially victims) thats why i asked.... Every serial killer is not neccessarily psychopath.... Some actually are only killers not psychopaths

And from trailer i actually didnt felt that she was psychopath serial killer but just normal serial killer out of revenge as she used to show emotions

Har show mein psychopaths ke different definition dikhaate hai. Yahaan pe Patty was an insecured teenager who slowly turned into a psychopath and started killing people. Her transition happened in between of season 1's ending and season 2's mid.
