I feel like this was part of Boney_ji's strategy to promote the film.

The Dilbar Dilbar song had just been filmed and was due to hit the airwaves by mid-March. It was wise to create buzz around the video with "sizzling number of Sushmita + Sanjay" becoming a talking point which would then hype the film.

Anyone saw the webseries Kaun banega Shikharwati..Kritika kamra's character is so much like Kareena..the look, mannerisms, way of talking..I almost see Kareena instead of her most of the times. Even name is 'Ka' for Kaamini

So far saw just couple of episodes..accomplished actors..but series is ok..one time watch.

For me, she felt like Ananya. Maybe coz btw I started following BW, Kareena stopped making stupid statements and Alia and Ananya took over the dimwit diva of Bollywood role, and Ananya "struggler" Comment is almost similar (though not that stupid) as the one Kaa makes which lands in Shirkharwati contest

Her comments can be attributed to many privileged actresses.

But her dressing, hairstyle and overall look seems designed on Kareena..or say Poo
