How come everyone can see Aarohi's selfishness and not Abhimanyu's?

How is that people conveniently not seeing how Abhimanyu is as selfish as Aarohi. Patience suna hai yeh idiot doctor? So much happened. Their youngest kid's marriage broke on the wedding day. Why can't he just give them time and space to heal? Like Manish said, why is he bloody forcing this on them? Why isn't he thinking of Akshara having to deal with Aarohi? This man is as selfish and as dangerous to Akshara. Is he actually in love with her or just obsessed?

He is more delusional than Aarohi. The fact the he said, I am feeling so much at ease and peace, Akshu might also be feeling the same is proof that he knows zilch about her, and doesn't think about her. He just wants her. Uske aage, he doesn't care what she is going through as long as she says she loves him.

Who would want a partner like that with all the "soul" connection, who doesn't even try to understand their partner? I wish, he just left after checking upon her after saying bye, and figured out the equation between the sisters first, gave the family time, instead of such creepy obsessed behavior. Akshara will suffocate in this relationship. Akshara's relationship with both Aarohi and Abhimanyu are so unhealthy. I think she is so emotionally wrecked at this point she doesn't know to differentiate between healthy relationships and obsession, because the core nature of her relationship with Aarohi and Abhimanyu is the same, the only difference is the way the dynamics being played out. I really want to say Akshara deserves it, but I feel bad for her. From where to where has she gotten herself into..😒

His behavior made me uncomfortable. He totally ignored Bade Papa’s anger. Fine he only has eyes for Akshu. He completely ignored how uncomfortable Akshu was? Like she as literally begging him to go and he kept on going about how own thing….she literally had to trick him like a little child with “I’ll call you later” for him to leave.

He didn’t think for once how Bade Papa will act with Akshu seeing he literally dragged Abhi out? Did abhi think Bade Papa will give ladoos to Akshu? He not for once thought how Aaru might act?

I’ve said from beginning, Abhimanyu’s love is nothing but selfish. In the last few days everyone called Akshu weak and bashed her but at least Akshu has a stand. At least she cares about more than herself and her feelings.

He's abandoning them by resigning. His mom won't come with him so she'll be left alone to deal with Harsh's wrath. And in Abhi's absence, Neil has to deal with so much!

Abhi and Akshu are polar opposites. While one doesn't give a damn about family 80% of the time, the other don't stop thinking about family. I know this conflict will form the crux of the story but it seems unrealistic that a couple like this will get together with such lil development.

This. He has no boundaries whatsoever. Everyone blames Aarohi for not having boundaries when she rebukes Akshara. If Akshara doesn't call him, he is gonna show up at the house again and will act creepily like he did in the night. His behavior with bade papa and while being dragged out made me so uncomfortable. The way Akshara looked at him, she just wanted him to leave without any drama. Like MimiLulu said, she had to pacify him with the promise of a call, so that he would leave and she can sort out the mess and hurt that happened to her family. Whereas this guy doesn't even think of his family, or his brother and mother like people pointed it out here.

If Aarohi deserves hate, so does Abhimanyu, because he doesn't care about anyone else other than himself.

JIJA's obsession for AKSHU is actually way more toxic than AAROHI's

at least with AAROHI there are boundaries once her ego was hurt she left JIJA

and she generally keeps out of AKSHU's way for the most part

JIJA wants to control AKSHU 24/7 and have her at all costs even if he becomes sadak chhaap he will drag AKSHU down with him

Abhimanyu is selfish in his love for Akshara, and is not out to harm anyone, which is very different from Arohi's selfish behaviour which always works to sap the life and happiness out of Akshara.

Absolutely false.

He was the only one who cared for Akshara's feelings and emotions towards her sister and stood up in her defence in the mandir scene.

And if the Goenkas can go ahead with Arohi's wedding the very next day after Akshu's fatal accident, and can switch rishta from Akshara to Arohi and be happy for Arohi (without caring about Akshara) in a matter of minutes during 1st tilak, then they should very well not need time and space now for accepting Akshara and Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu cares about Akshara's feelings and emotions. This has been established by the show from day 1. He can't magically deduce the sisters' dynamics unless Akshara opens her mouth and tells him.

Arohi is the bully and the abuser here. Just so that people want to hate on Abhimanyu for no reason, Arohi can't be whitewashed.
