Kat's films are successful but she needs to improve her acting still. in sooryavanshi the director did not seem to care about her acting either

Overall as a heroine (in terms of acting credibility): Deepika. Although not sure how she would have fared if not for Priyanka moving to the US.

Alia is somehow in between - she has a mix of both but appeals to much younger audience. She is in the top 3 (if we exclude Priyanka).

Tough to point out one between DP and Alia right now , The third one is a flop ... irrelevant since 2017.
