When people try to overdo photoshop and use those facethinning apps to reduce 10 kilos..it results in this..nothing happened just excessive filters and photoshop..

Filter is possible.

But to me it looks like a no makeup and trick of the angle at which the selfie is taken. Some angles do make your face look slimmer than it is.
