yeah you're right...sometimes im scared to even post about him cuz i dont want to be accused of a being a Vanraj pacifist. i prefer characters with different shades. i like to see growth. i hate these shows where everyone is alloted into their roles (i.e. the vamp/villain), it comes off as fake and cartoonish. irl no one is bad 24/7. you made a good point about realization and wanting things/people back. i think that is where his character is gonna go. maybe not now but at some point. in terms of why he is like this...fear of parents i guess? he made a great point the other day when he said that we glorify sacrifice in this culture

I totally understand. Talking about many many dimensions gives us also the chance to think through the aspects and layers of human nature and what possibilities they might have or had based on situations. No one is born bad. Situations, surroundings make them so. But the ITV stories turn the characters also so evil that you are made to think that they are this way or they can never change. Writers dont have that mindset to show things with actual reality and fiction mixed. They somewhere loose the plots or character acrs.

He is actually not insecure if you think a little more. He is full of "I am always right; I cannot think or do wrong; I am worthy to be a King". He is full of himself and loves himself the most. These kind of people dont even think of insecurity even though it might reside deep down. They are A class manipulators we well and will not think twise bef using anyone with any emotional weapon they find. Its like they have slipped into totally another layer and their basic humanity layer is buried way down.

Exactly G. I feel the adulation of Leela had so gotten into venomraj that he can think of nothing else. He, his dreams, his needs and his priorities and nothing else. Earlier he manipulated Anupama whenever someone grew suspicious of Vanya. He lied blatantly and Venomraj version 2 is a magnified version of all vile intent. You had mentioned earlier he has to lose it all for him to even have some remorse and turn a new leaf. But not without causing havoc and heart burn all around.

Agreed Vidz, he has to cause utter chaos, he has to make others open their eyes and senses and see the trash he is so that they accept that this GUY right now is no way fit to be even be in the same space as other people!!! Leela needs to see what she has sown!! Bapuji has to see what he has turned into. His kids needs to see to what extent he is falling.

What I am not liking is the way they are showing his evilness or chaos. There are millions of ways to be evil, to cause chaos that can also impact lives and situations. Using women again and again is not the only way. I can think of 100 impactful ways of how this can go about. But if writers want to use women only what can I do. I as a women cannot see another women being shown as foolish or this naive OR i am not willing to assume that Mukku is indeed smart and playing games merely from her few secs expressions here and there. Women are not this foolish or this naive, mainly when they have learnt lessons the brutal way. They are super conscious and careful man. They have brains, at times more than men. This is what made me loose my writing side with this show from today :( :(

@bold : this is the Truth which writers are missing.

Mukku after her DV once should be wary of men in general I would not have been surprised if she kept physical distance from Anuj too. But here over friendly touchy touchy behaviour makes no sense...even if she is playing game with Vanraj, she could have had other ways too.

Anu too before her divorce or character assassination, I would have understood. But still defending him to Anuj as not ghatiya Insaan was too much and that dv scene. Anu's should have had blood boil seeing vanraj there, but no, did see really felt for Mukku.

Then Kavya a smart women now she too is literally begging Vanraj. Why? Can't she see the truth?

Three women all three big fools..and this is so called women empowerment show.

BOLD - this has precisely what made me stopped writing with heart. And I for one cannot write for the sake of writing.
