I think Vanraj DNA is that of a narcissit and he also is a psychopath. How he enjoy scaring anupama and how he enjoy when kavya banging head or crying. How he likes to trouble samar and thinks hes powerful because toshu trust him blindly. All these are psychopath and anti social behaviour. Vanraj dervies pleasure from seeing other in pain or crying or scared or troubled. Whether its anupama or kavya or samar or now nandini does not matter he loves seeing people in tears or pain and enjoys giving pain and tears to others

The biggest serial killers like Ted brundy or Jack the ripper are never suspects or caught. Why? Because they know how to mask and act good in front of others or society. (not comparing vanraj to serial killers just an example)

Even narcissit is very tough to catch. The relatives and colleagues all think what a great person but only wife or siblings know how bad a human can be truly. Many times when a wife or sibling or kis say this human is bad majority will not believe and think person saying has grudge. Narcissit do such fine acting in front of others. Only those who have transaction with them know their truth no one else actually. Or family like anupama, samar, devika, bapuji. Mostly what happen family turn blind especially parents and siblings or wife.

It is very tough to defeat a narcissist. Its very tough to bring narcissist person reality out because they create anfalse image of themselves in public or office etc

Narcissit never change usually all life remain same. Very very rare they may change a bit with counselling.But its in their DNA to behave narcissit.
