She knows that Abhimanyu likes Akshara but she is not sure of Akshara..

Also because Aarohi saved him from fire, she feels Aarohi loves him, and is therefore keeping quiet for the bigger good which is Abhimanyu will fall for Aarohi as she loves him beyond her own life and secondly Dr bahu will nderstand her son better. So she is keeping quiet.
