Reshma Shetty is a talent manager. She has nothing to do with publicity.

As far as I know, Kat’s PR is Rohini Iyer’s Raindrop Media. What kind of PR you mostly depends on the celeb themselves and how aggressive they want to be. Both Deepika and Aamir and others have the same PR- Spice. But Deepika is way more aggressive probably because that’s how she wants it. Nothing can happen without the actor’s approval.
