Frankly, the issue is Aditya's victim projection has been one-sided. Only Imlie believed he is a victim. Aditya did not see himself as a victim. Infact the projection looked like he is guilt ridden, I don't know why. Whereas he did not do anything consensually. Infact, he aggressively objected to Imlie's stance on Malini. Usko dekh ke lagta tha, rather than being embarassed of the situation, his entire energy was dedicated to scrutinizing Imlie and her strong action against Malini.

The victim of life Aditya Kumar Tripathi for once did not behave like a victim during this time. He refused to stand by Imlie, he refused to believe Imlie. The girl jeopardized her education and career for him, instead he goes and deletes evidence and subjects her to embarassment. Imlie did not lose that day, the husband lost that day.

So legal recourse, it's not happening. Cause it is all about Aditya's emotions for a child which did not come consensually and he wants to fulfill his duties and expected Imlie to do the same. Koi bhi normal ladki jad deti, ghuma ke, RYAAPTA😡

I was trying to be neutral in the prev post w/o letting my personal feelings for adiji show up.

I also just remembered about his expectation that imlie should accept the child and share his burden of guilt. Without even asking her .. which irks me alot. There's only so much you can expect from your partner even under the universal blanket of true love.

@bold : i believe exactly the same, he refused to be a victim when he clearly was. And that was the biggest mistake imo because we can't be almighty to control our lives sometimes others actions affect our lives in such a way that we can't do anything about it but that doesn't mean that we can't make better choices for ourselves in future. Like I said a convenient option, that's all it was.

I am also giving a neutral perspective on the situation. Cause the eternal victim, shoshit purush, for once did not believe uska shoshan hua. Which is so damn surprising.

Let alone that, the writers projection was so wrong. The concept itself is so sensitive, they could have easily shown a progessive way to tackle it. Instead they chose to attack the very morals and principles of Aditya, and regressed a character loved by so many, who was considered progessive at one point.

I agree with you... When the court case was going on I thought it'd go aitraz movie way and malini will get punished rightfully...

But the writers totally disappointed there and i dropped the show again.

So I've heard a lot about Satyakaam and how's he was always supportive of Imlie despit3 not being her biological father - can anyone direct me to specific episodes that I can watch to learn more about these two?

Watch the first 10 episodes from episode 3 - the episode when Satyakam was introduced. Had he been there, the AdiLie coerced marriage would not have happened. It took place when he was away.

Okay keeping heavy topics aside...

I was just re-watching with my mom and saw the precap again.

And genuine question.

How did aruji know imile had wardrobe malfunction? I mean we was face to face with imlie and her dress fell apart from back.

Imo adiji was in a better position to help her, obviously a bit far (kripa of atifji & Sita Maiya 😆)

Aryan is a classic lurker.😆 Must have been hovering without coming into notice. And Nalla ji as usual and his half-ass timing is bad.😆
