Sundari, you asked our opinion, you did not give your perspective on legal recourse for molestation.

I don't know much about legal recourse just had general idea that laws are gender biased so it would be legally impossible to deny atleast the financial responsibility by the father if the child is actually born.

Socially... I am not able to think how a guy will take it, I mean it's hurting in many ways to accept that he (a man) who is considered stronger sex was molested by a woman (considered a weaker sex)

So in a lot of ways adiji's non acceptance is justified.

Add that to the equation you have with that woman (friendship and trust of 7 years) I think it's more comforting for him to accept Malini's story and hence all this raita phaila...

About deleting the video and embarrassment of Imlie (though I think he must have atleast told her toh trust breaking issue nahi banta)

Now coming to child, if there's no relationship b/w the victim and perpetrator, the man could just you know fulfill financial obligations and keep a clean cut. I don't know he can feel for the child as a father or not but family/society pressure ho sakta hai to adopt the kid or marry the woman itself (like here)

Like @potterhead said that normally the abuser is not given the custody of child. But when the abuser is mother .. I don't how it could go in the court of law... Mostly depends on facts of the case.

Frankly, the issue is Aditya's victim projection has been one-sided. Only Imlie believed he is a victim. Aditya did not see himself as a victim. Infact the projection looked like he is guilt ridden, I don't know why. Whereas he did not do anything consensually. Infact, he aggressively objected to Imlie's stance on Malini. Usko dekh ke lagta tha, rather than being embarassed of the situation, his entire energy was dedicated to scrutinizing Imlie and her strong action against Malini.

The victim of life Aditya Kumar Tripathi for once did not behave like a victim during this time. He refused to stand by Imlie, he refused to believe Imlie. The girl jeopardized her education and career for him, instead he goes and deletes evidence and subjects her to embarassment. Imlie did not lose that day, the husband lost that day.

So legal recourse, it's not happening. Cause it is all about Aditya's emotions for a child which did not come consensually and he wants to fulfill his duties and expected Imlie to do the same. Koi bhi normal ladki jad deti, ghuma ke, RYAAPTA😡

Hi

I am OG IF user.

Arylie caught my interest. I am thrilled that people compare this couple to maaneet (from few post I saw)

I just want this ship to sail. Hope Gul makes this happen

I haven't seen imlie at all and don't plan to see past episodes but will continue arylie scenes.

No matter what I don't think imlie should to return to Adi.(dont care how regional version ended)

Either be single and pursue career. But as this is not acceptable in ITV.Arylie should happen.

Maan from Anupama

Arylie are getting my interest back in ITV couples

BTW I stan Maan and Geet. They were the best no one can top them.

But it's nice that audience draw parallels between arylie and maaneet.

Ps change the poster star plus.
