This Malvika looks like split personality

If you know psychlogy people who have met some great trauma switch off a few years of life or keep switching between personalities

One best movie on this is Alferd Hitckock "Psycho" movie

I for one feel both Malvika and anuj are not normal people

Both have mental issues but anuj has gained control over his mind and drowned himself in office to forget trauma

But Malvika has taken trauma to heart and not able to come out and focus on life

Both siblngs are living in past and pain

Malvika is over posseessive of anuj as she has no other family in life

Which is undestandable but how anuj will handle her in future?

He cannot abondon her which usually people do they support wife against parents or sister if such situation comes up in life

But our anuj is satya yug person he will leave anupam ato make his mukku happy but never leave his sister

I am more worried that Malvika will be used by vanraj and baa etc against anuj to take their revenge on him

How anuj save her? She definitely do not listen to him like how she invest in vanraaj without asking anuj or GK

I feel sorry for this guy 26 years alone without love, 20 years without parents, 10 years without sister

Anuj is very tough mentally or he could not handle so many business and issues in life and still do shayari and paint and guitar and cook and sing etc

Todays gen one exam they fail they commit suicide parent does not buy something commit suicide

Bas GK or anupama ke paas 5 min royega dhukda 10 min ke baad phir kisi ka sar dard apne upar lega yeh

people born before 1990s are otherwise also really strong mentally and resilient

But anuj kapadias mental mind is somewhere very high up

i agree with you in that i think there is a possibility that anuj has this side to him where he isnt in control. it seems to come out when there is something to do with anupamaa. (and i guess now his sis). even though he is allowing mukku to drag him wherever, you can see that his mind is always on anupamaa. even in the couple of scenes he's had with mukku he is not fully present. always looks for or thinking about anupamaa.

Now anupama is third person who he wants to protect and please

But what i do not understand is Baa said mukku is younger than toshu and half of vanraj age means 24-25 years old and anuj is 44 so 20 years age gap

Anuj said his parents died 20 years back so malvika is 4 years at time of death or what?

She could not be more than 5 to 10 years old at time of her parents death going by huge diff in anuj and malvika age

Even if shes 30 years now but looks 25 she was just 10 years old at time of parents death

If that is case how could GK and anuj leave her alone for 10 years shes a small kid and teenager no

This is highly irresponsible of anuj and GKk to just let her roam world in such young age

I assume all she did 10 years is roam world on anujs money

Why anuj never went and met her where ever she went atleast once in 10 years

I don't think she can be younger than Toshu because in today's flashback scenes they cast the same actress for Malvika to play her younger self just with a different hairstyle, but didn't cast Gaurav Khanna to play Anuj's younger self. Based on this I would guess that Malvika is at the very least 14-15 years old when their parents died which would make her 34/35 now with a 10 year age gap. The actress is 27 (and she looks and is acting very young ofc) so even if we go by that and say she's 30 years old now and was 10 at the time of the car crash there's still the first 10 years after their parents' death that she was with Anuj and GK. By that, she would have left them when she was 20-25 which is young but definitely makes her an adult capable of making that decision. We don't know who refused to see whom, but 20-25 is certainly an age where someone might make an impulsive decision but also still face the consequences (Anuj being angry at her for example.) Given that, I don't think it's irresponsible on his part to let her go, especially if she was the one who left as I think she must have.

yeah, the timeline is not adding up. not they are trying to say that both parents died at the same time. that's not what they had said earlier. interesting thing tho is that he said she was always like this, even before her parents died, so its seems like she has ADHD or something of that nature? and it wasnt Baa who said she looked only a couple of months older/younger than toshu, it was kavya. her personality is very immature tho, almost like pakhi's age.
