Then, Thapki's dad must had already been married or even had a kid by the time he strated dating Jaya. So, was Jaya a mistress? I don't think so. There is a high chance that Mukul lied about his marital status and made the poor girl believe he was single. It explains his sudden disappearance too.

in a previous episode Jaya mentioned Mukul left her and Thapki long time ago I think Thapki is older then Hansika

Purab might be Han's senior. Acc to yesterday's written update Taps should be older than Hans. Mukul says he was in love with Jaya during his college days. Then married Anjali.

Anyways ITV is not too concerned about timelines, they spring children without thinking about age equations.
