Loved your post💖I was wondering when Abhi asked Arohi for marriage and she agreed immediately not thinking about her sister and when he admitting the same to her.it must hv triggered to him that there is something not right and so he has come up with this plan to get to the bottom of this whole issue between the sisters.

Great analysis i think this week all episode was important and plotting the future track.

Did you notice when abhi tell akshi to eat sweets, and she took one small bite he clutched his jaw. I am not sure, it can be he knows she is in pain and still trying to be happy.

Okay you have caught my attention with that shirtless Abhi picture in the beginning. Now lemme read.

Wow, I cannot believe you went back to review the entire week episodes. But thank you for doing that some great overall observations to think about.

It really depends on where the writers want to take this. If Abhimanyu heard everything and he decides he needs to take drastic steps to wake Akshara up the revelation episode is going to be explosive.

But right now I am not sure. I think he is still in the dark but that kitchen incident should get Abhi thinking hopefully 🤓 and we will have more scenes that will give him clues about what is going on and then he may start planning something.

I know I am turning into an obsessed One so be it. But I could not sleep and so spent my day going through the episodes again and making notes. And I said the Saturday episode was a filler.... In fact it was the most important episode I realized. So many nuances and it is so much fun picking on them and analysing the characters and the events as they unfold.

As we watch each episode we have thoughts and reasons to react but by the end of the week we know more and often our thoughts changes after a while.

So here is a full 5days Update of the important events which leads us to the saturday shagun ceremony of Abhimanyu. We know #AbhiRa is endgame so we are chilling and ready for a long angsty ride.

Monday-

Neil and Harsh welcome Arohi into Birla House.

Arohi enters Birla house, left feet first.

Abhi is quick to explain that he was trapped in fire and everyone left but Arohi saved his life.

Manjari says to Arohi may all your wishes come true. (But those blessings are for the person who saved her son’s life.)

I watched that scene, I dont think she entered with left foot or do I need to visit specsavers? Even before the trip, manjri asked to God for a guidance for Abhi naki arohi. Lets all be grateful she is so ambiguous in her thinking because only her prayers are coming true right now.

Abhimanyu finds it hard to believe that Ak could leave him trapped in the fire?

The look on Arohi’s face as she enters Goenka house along with Harsh is already of defiance. She is adept at it. Life long practice of fighting and getting her way has given her an arrogance. ANd she does know how to win what she wants.

The look exchanged between Arohi and Akshara is once again of challenge from Arohi and confusion and full of questions from Akshara.

Ak had already confessed her love to Abhi and she knew that life was too short to deny what the heart needs. She wanted to meet Abhi at the camp and she wanted Abhimanyu to know that it was her who jumped into the fire for him.

But Arohi had blocked her from meeting him and lied to him that Ak left the premises.

And Arohi was confident that Akshara will never go against her word. Ak never told her family that Abhi was also there at the camp.

Harsh says your daughters are not the problem but the solution. He meant only Arohi.

As the lies unfold in front of Ak although upset, she never opens her mouth in front of the elders. In spite of Arohi arguing with Manish and dragging her name into the argument and the household shocked at her retaliation towards Manish still Ak watches in silence.

And the way she made her stand clear about Abhimanyu, the family knows that she likes him.

Is Arohi uneasy with the false praise from the Birlas? But she is also shameless when if comes to being a winner. She does not care how she wins- Saam, daam, dand, bhed. which means use any means to reach your desired goal persuade, purchase, punish, and exploit the weakness.

Now that Arohi’s intentions are made clear she warns Akshara to stay out of her way.

Abhimanyu calles Ak at this moment and she confirms that Arohi saved him from the fire. Breaking his heart with her indifference.

She makes sure that Akshara does not open her mouth and emotionally blackmails her.

When Abhimanyu calls she shows her indifference. And breaks his heart again.

Akshara’s sacrifice is for the family.

She thinks that the two families can never get along so she made this sacrifice. Marriage is about two families not just two people.

This reasoning does not sit well with me because if true then she should also not let Arohi marry Abhi. This is very hypocritical of her. Arohi kya Pados ki beti hain that the same issue will not arise for her? It's better Akshara admits that she is doing to please Arohi and because she has no confidence to ask Abhi for herself.

Tues-

Arohi insults Ak that she never accepted Abhi’s love because she has an inferiority complex. And fear of failure. That Abhi will soon see her true self and understand that she is not good enough for him.

Ak retorts that You will never understand how distorted and in pain he is right now. You think he will share his heart’s thoughts n feelings with you then you are wrong. Its Called Delusion of Grandeur.

Important scene- Arohi makes prediction that will come true. She accuses Ak that you were not able to have Abhimanyu so you don’t want us to be together. And even if we come together you want us to part ways so with his broken heart he goes back to you and once again you will become the great generous one.

Ak retorts that Arohi will never know what is in Abhimanyu’s heart. At the same time she wishes that may Abhimanyu never come to see Arohi’s true colors and the darkness in her heart because that will surely break his heart.

Arohi I feel has an OCD and it is the fault of the full family to have catered to her needs thought. Now she does not understand when to stop. She has forgotten her limits she takes her family for granted. Till the time things go her way she is nice but she is volatile if things dont go her way.

OCD coupled with autism. There are different types of autism and for Arohi, I feel she is delusional. She is unable to comprehend anyone else's feelings as if she does not even hear them. For example, she says to Akshara that I know your sacrificing ur love but it doesnt make any difference to me. It made me think she is brain blind, her mind is unable to understand that her sister is in pain. I've seen such people, they do exist and most of the times, OCD is a common factor for people who experience lack of empathy. another pattern is that those people have had their demands be met easily but then events happen whereby they do not get eveything they want and this changes them drastically. E.g.a child is spoilt rotten by her dad but then that dad is no longer able to afford her wishes and slowly that child becomes obsessed with cleaning or certain routines to relieve their frustration. With Arohi, it's so complicated but she has had everything aka her mum who used to make her feel number one and suddenly she has lost her everything and her way of coping was to be best in everything. Arohi would make such a complex patient, there are so many factors that would need to be explored.

• How much did Kairav hear standing outside the door?

Abhimanyu is already distorted by the thought that Ak left him while he was fighting in the fire. And yet is unable to stop thinking or loving her.

The family discusses Arohi’s feelings for Abhimanyu and Kairav says we cant control whom we like. What the s**t man is he?

Kairav does say shitty stuff but he wouldnt be a terrible umbrella to take out in the rain. I have to give him a teeny tiny credit that at least he did try to speak to Akshara but it was Akshara who backed off from her love because for her, love is less important than family 😑 I felt like shaking her in this scene. Jago Akshara jagooooo!

— Manjari falls sick is admitted in hospital for tests. And Ak sends Hibiscus oil to relieve her stress. Abhimanyu has to fight with his father to take care of his mother.

— Here Manish is disturbed so Ak gets the family together to uplift his mood.

Abhimanyu is worried about his mother and promises that he will do anything to make her feel better.

Haye look at that thumb under Akshu's chin. Now I dont know about others but men usually do that when they want to gently lift that chin up for a kiss. Such fine details Harshad adds to his craft.

Wednesday -

The Birla men tell Abhimanyu that his mom stresses about his marital life.

Dr.Anand and Abhi have a heart to heart chat. He tells that life gives you 2 paths and you have to make a choice fast. Anand suggests that he is intelligent enough and should find an option that makes him and his mother both happy.

Abhimanyu gets a music therapy alert and decides to take his mother to the seminar.

Once again Harsh becomes the obstacle yet he accompanies them to the therapy. All Birla men are present.

Vansh Kairav make Ak go as the music therapist to the park.

Birlas and Ak are shocked to see each other. Akshara has a rocky time conducting the therapy.

She does breathing exercises and visualization exercise. Manjari dreams of ABhi as a groom. While Abhi dreams of Ak in his arms.

Akshara relaises this and becomes breathless and Abhi has a silent conversation with her. She sings which makes Manjari very happy.

Thursday

Harsh insults Akshara which turns into a fight between father and son. He calls Ak ABhi’s girl friend which is supposed to be an insult?

I think Abhi got angry because harsh was implying that Akshara is using Abhi by making him her bf. Indirect character assassination.

Arohi is the one who is able to pacify Harsh.

Akshara witnesses all this and happily surprised.

Abhimanyu’s mom reminds him his own saying that if there is a confusion between the mind and heart, one should always listen to the heart.

And however much Abhimanyu deny his heart keeps calling for Ak. So he decided to go to ask her one more time with a rose in his hand. And he picks out every thorn from the stem.

Kairav arrives because he saw the video of the fight. Arohi tells Kairav that she does not want to lose Abhimanyu. She uses the promise that she has taken from Ak to prove that she has no emotions for Abhimanyu. She coaxes Ak to deny Abhi so she knows that she really loves Arohi as a sister.

And Arohi forces Ak to say infront of Kairav that she has moved on from Abhimanyu. All this while Abhimanyu is coming to ask her to reconsider her stand towards him and their relationship.

This is what Ak tells Kairav and Arohi-

1. I thought I loved Abhimanyu, but maybe I am wrong.

1. I am not suitable for the Birla family.
2. A marriage is not between a couple but between two families.
3. When they came to our house with the marriage proposal everything was fine. The two families met because of Abimanyu and Arohi.
4. Both the families were happy till I came in between. But now everything is clear.
5. Abhimanyu and I am are a mismatch
6. He is a doctor and I am METHIDANA
7. He is a top surgeon and I am a guitar player.
8. Even his father does not like me.
9. But he really likes Arohi and also listens to her. Arohi is a doctor.
10. Arohi is for Abhimanyu and they are a perfect match.
11. Arohi can take care of Birla family.
12. I have moved on and I dont see any future with Abimanyu.

13 is an unlucky number. Abhi Arohi will never happen. she knows abhi loves her and she began this shopping list with a lie. Also why did she insult methidana for by suggesting it is nothing in front of a doctor? What was the need 😂

The Tandev is Abhimanyu’s way of undoing everything that he has woven till now. He always listens to his heart but now he will listen to his mind. He unties the emotional knots and looks at everything objectively. He loves the girl but she is not listening to her heart. Unlike him she is letting everything else matter more than the attraction and pure love that they feel for each other. She refuses to listen to her heart. He has been telling her since the Tilak day listen to your heart but she has been ignoring her own feelings and calling of her heart.

So he has to do the same in order for her to realize the naked truth.

Ak- For some to get their love is an achievement and for some its the sacrifice. She thinks that if she took a step towards her love she would hurt her family and loved ones.

Ak confesses that her life has never been easy or straightforward.

When Abhimanyu reaches home he hears how his father talks and insults Akshara.

And he tells his father that he is ready to get married.

Friday

Harsh still thinks Arohi is perfect choice for Abhimanyu.

Birlas conversation is so malicious. Anand and Harsh both know that Arohi is still interested in Abhi. And they think its a easy and quick option. So the Birla’s have observed that Arohi is trying to get Abhi’s attention and she has saved his life twice.

Abhimanyu himself goes to ask Arohi because he needs to see her reaction. Does she give a cent of consideration to Akshara’s feelings. And he got his answers. She did not wait for 10seconds before giving him a reply. He does not

I personally felt like Abhi was a lawyer in this scene and he had gone to give Arohi a disclaimer that listen, I may marry you but there are terms and conditions. Verbal agreement right there, he is marrying in reliance that she will keep her paws off him. He is only to be her husband in title but she cannot play with this trophy.

WHile aroma talks about how similar she is to him that she has a zidd in her to achieve what she wants. Ans one day she will also win his love. She thinks she is like him is the main take away.

WHile Arohi goes home to talk to her family.

Abhimanyu goes to meet Ak and tell her about his marriage. Do inflict pain but he cannot see her sad. And so he is just as distorted in the process.

Lol the fact he wasted her taxi ka money just to be the talking wedding invitation for Akshara. He wants to be the salt in her wounds.

The confidence of Arohi needs to be noted. She says, I like Abhimanyu and both of us want to get married so what is the problem? She insisted that everyone should forget the confusion of the past and problems that followed. They have always been nice to her.

Saturday.

Arohi has full support of the Birla’s headed by Harshvardhan.

Harsh giving the Kangan to Arohi means completely different.

Abhimanyu has already put it on Akshara’s wrist and Arohi forced her to take it off. Now Harsh gifts the same Kangan back to Arohi,… already looks so twisted.

The kangan is Abhi. The two sisters are acting like they are fighting over a piece of jewellery. Arohi is blind over the gold and Akshara is not greedy for gold. And harsh ke liye toh hain he Abhi a piece of gold he can show off. Abhi is just an item for them 😌

Akhilesh is a back stabber. He makes it quite evident in everybody’s eyes that Arohi and Akshara are treated differently.

Because Akshara never speaks up, her voice is unheard and that has become a habit in the Goenka family.

Because Arohi is constantly throwing tantrums so her needs are fulfilled.

Because Arohi has a constant need to be the best in everything, makes her more visible in everyones eyes.

Because Akshara tries to compensate for Arohi’s loud behavior she is taken for granted now.

It has become a habit for everyone to expect that Akshara will adjust and the more it has happened the more she has done that.

And to keep her own sanity intact Akshara takes the support of music. Singing helps her feel alive to breathe, it shifts her mood away from the suffocating situation she has been put it.

Here the story is about a well to do family girl who is not physically tortoure but she has become emotionally recluse because how the people around her.

Akhilesh says he could not see tears in his Arohi’s eyes. So even though he knew about Abhimanyu and Akshara he still went ahead to help Arohi and ignored Akshara’s feelings.

Akshara turning towards the door to see Abhimanyu is a clear sign of her connection to Abhimanyu and I am sure he must have noticed that too.

Where was this connection when Abhi was behind the tree?

Abhimanyu did not look at either of the girls and addressed Manish dada and the elders only.

When he says what you see is what you get. It was meant for Akshara because she is the one here who is suppressing her true feeling for him coz of her family.

When he says last time during the previous tilak fiasco he was there for love but today he is standing in front of them to build a relationship.

Further he answers to Kairav that he this is an arranged marriage

1. Here it about companionship and
2. The intentions to support and be with each other is more important.
3. It’s important that everyone one agrees and is happy with the alliance.
4. The whole family stays together in all decision making
5. The family’s happiness is necessary
6. And to fulfill our responsibilities and make sure about everyone’s happiness is important.

To this Arohi adds that its enough for her now and hopefully with time everything will settle and fall into place.

Akshara is shocked with this revelation and she is looking at Arohi and Abhimanyu with questions eyes. We do need her POV now. This is absolutely necessary to know how she feels in this situation.

Akshara needs to have a scene where she shouts at her emote family, I blame them for being so lazy. At least try to talk to her. if a child is suppressing her feelings, that child needs a good support. Here akshara is not even getting one pat on the shoulder. Hopefully I'm wrong and they do ask her opinion later but i mean it's alittle late, they should have asked when Abhi came.

Abhimanyu seeks permission from Manish and Mimi. With only a few mins of delay Manish looks around, his eyes seek Akshara but as always she diverts and looks down. That is what she has always done and it makes people think that she does not care.

Today when I saw how Akshara avoided meeting Manish’s eyes I realized the person who is hurting her the most is she herself.

The girl needs to learn to stand up for herself.

She is already crying when Manish approves of the marriage alliance of Arohi and Abhimanyu.

Abhi staggers takes a step back and almost turns to look at Akshara who is stands like a weeping statue. Jaaniye song in the background plays explains the condition of the two estranged lovers.

All the while it looks Abhimanyu is tryin to control his anger and ALshara has no clue what hit her as her waterpipes are on.

Abhimanyu keeps glowering at Akshara the whole time. Does not look its possible but he gets madder when she says she will get the sweets.

I like the conversation between Arohi and Akshara.

Arohi tells her bluntly that I know you rejected Abhimanyu because of the family and that you for that because for me nothing matters because I have Abhimanyu.

Arohi almost sounds like Abhimanyu, here.

He would have made sure to make everything fine for Akshara if she had said yes to him.

But….

Okay so hear me out here.

When ABhimanyu comes to the kitchen I am sure he referred to Akshara as Methidana.

Because in the park she said - He is a doctor and I am Methidana.

It’s a clear give away of her love for Abhimanyu. And that is the reason he is so mad because she is denying him something that he has been craving, demanding then begging for so long.

When he says that I will show you how to eat sweet when pain of a broken heart is mixed with wedding happiness and he started stuffing his face was kalakand.

She was worried and asked him to stop calling him Abhi, but he stopped only when she addressed him as Abhimanyu Birla.

So that marks as a separation. We know he is sensitive to who can call him Abhi.

great observation but he did not stop her either. she still has the right after everything.

But it also shows that he wants her to stand up for things that matter.

The way he said “Ab Hua na bas”, “yeh Hua na bas with a loud thuds on the island was meant or every time she was suppose to take a stand for herself.

He makes his exit singing, Le jayenge le jaayenge Dilwaale Dulhaniya le jaayenge. Is a clear hint because in the movie Simran is getting married for the happiness of her father but Raj comes and changes her plans.

So we have wholesome clues that something very naughty is brewing inside Dr. Abhimanyu Birla.

that would just be the best. I think I'll stuff my favs with mithais if true.

As for why did Akshara eat the methidana is anyone’s guess.

I think she ate Methi dana because it is bitter like how she is feeling having lost everything once again. She wants to forget the taste of the sweet he forced her to have.

I agree with this and I also felt that Abhi asked her to have sweets but she chose to eat the bitter methidana. I felt she wanted to compensate for the sweats he ate. But more importantly, it is a symbolism in a way. He offered her his love which are the sweets but she preferred to torture herself with the bitterness aka methidana. Akshara has the option of sweets but she chooses the opposite.

Her sister is not affected by her condition.

Her family never asked her how she feels about Abhimanyu’s alliance.

She is invisible to everyone in her family.

Like methi dana she is of no importance to anyone until they want something from her.
