Even grown up married brothers don’t ask their grown up sisters for “pappi” let alone good friends from each other. This man does think the woman in the house are loose and too liberal and he will able to do masti while he is here. Today in almost every country even the courts have started rejecting this argument and people know thats not how psychology works. Even the worst lawyers have stopped using this excuse. We know many women freeze or ignore something just not to create a scene. Its 100% natural and a well studied phenomenon

Its really pathetic that some people still have this 18th century mentality of victim blaming. And use the miracle of modern century like the internet and social media to spread these views. Reminds me of Chadda saab from the movie Damini

No wonder india has the reputation of being one of the most unsafe country for women when we still have these outdated views

Being a guy, this is how we start, the deviated men, they'll start to touch you as a joke and it will look unassuming at first then when they see a girl is friendly as ever they'll take that as a sign and try and gain autonomy over her by doing more some touching in 'friendship' or as a joke, then they get even braver and start trying to establish authority over on who you talk to and what you shouldnt be doing etc. This guy shows all these traits, people need to take stand against him

Agreed. But Devoleena enabled him when she supported him. He started small by verbally abusing to test his limits. Devoleena supported him despite his verbal harassment to others. In fact she started massaging him and stuff. So he got indication that she’s ok with that stuff and he went further with her.

she works in the tv industry. It’s not like she’s inexperienced and doesn’t know how to keep people at arms length. But because Bichkule abused Shamita, Devoleena was on cloud nine.
