Its a universal fact that in entertainment industry, Audience is king. But for Ghum , audience is given the last priority. It looks as if the makers are doing a favour to the audience.

Legally speaking, if family members know about this person "Shruti", whether he tells them about who she is or hides - they still become accomplices in hiding a fugitive. If Shruti is caught, they all become criminals - if he hides her from everyone, he'll be the only fugitive.

There's a saying in some army circles - which roughly translates to, "To fight war we go together, when caught in a crime you are all alone".

What Virat did as a family man is wrong by hiding Shruthi but what he did as a police officer who is supposed to abide by the law - he did the right (I am not talking about hiding a criminal as a police officer but protecting the loved ones by doing a wrong). In the present scenario, if he's caught - he's all to blamed & punished alone, none of his other family members need to pay for his mahaan deeds.

Had it been real life, logic would have prevailed.

But this is serial life. Real life jaisa kiya hota to drama kaise hota?

Hope the makers have some justification of this.

The main point is Logic is ghum in Ghum world 🤣

I know we can’t expect logic in itv but Ghum standards are on another level. It’s like watching logic-less B grade movies,

This makes sense. Truly. But I dont think Makers thought so, they wanted to delay confession and create more misunderstandings , so its as random as it gets. But it would be great if they make Virat tell this to others, later. Also I dont think he should join back as a police officer, he does not have it in him. Can join NGOs or become a Human Activist. He breaks all laws and rules as a police officer and not just one or two.

Why would he bring wife of leader of maoists in his home? The people involved will try to kill Shruti at first given opportunity because she is source of information and secrets that can help the police, no policeman would share this information with his family 🤷‍♀️ let alone bringing a fugitive at his home and introducing her to his family, we are talking about people who were involved in bombing minister's rally

The question should be how Vella Virat has been that its difficult for his family to understand that he has a job too and they can't call him while he is on a mission, I remember how we bashed Pakhi when she tried calling Virat when he was on a mission, I was always told that police officers work on Diwali too, when watching the show I feel Sai has never seen him work or go out for work. He comes home from a deadly mission and next morning she tells Pulkit that he has changed so much, I mean give him one day

Actually he feels guilty, for betraying his job, not sai because he has not thought of this consequences from Sai's perspective, he thinks he is wrong in hiding a extremists, and it has nothing to be related to the thing that he has no trust in sai. He just wants to put his family away from this nuisance. And about proxy wife, he is messed up and without having any ideas what to do next he just went with the easiest root that will make others less suspicious of them.

Has he forgotten that he is married to Sai, who is actually more understanding and mature and not Patralekha who...no comments.

He could have got Shruti home, telling them that she is his friend's wife who he has given vaada to take care of her and her child...made some reason for friend's absence...none knows about Shruti, about her being Sada's wife, of her being naxalite...Even if he doesn't want to keep her in CN for reasons, keep her elsewhere but atleast inform family..

His family anyway take pride in his pakki zabaan and vaada and feel proud of the same. Kaku too has toned down from the time Sai entered to now... Would there be a problem then? I don't think so...

Why can't a lady in need be taken care as friend's wife/ sister...or just financially...
