Vaani's performance in Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui

I'm not giving any spoilers or reviewing the movie here. Just wanted to say that she has delivered a nuanced, subtle, and extremely powerful performance in CAK. I was impressed no end!

One of the best performances of the year (female). She slipped into the character's shoes and completely made you b believe in the character's worldview.

Beautiful, beautiful performance. She was damn good!

To me, she was the hero of the movie. Ayushmann was good as well.

But I didn’t like the trailer of CAK much .Still good to hear that her performance is good.Girl is freaking talented,hope she gets more good movies,esp a dance movie😁

I might watch this film whenever it releases on OTT, if it's Prime or Netflix.

I've found her performances very, very average so far in other films. Bekfikre in particular was awful.

She also ruined her looks by doing God knows what to her face, so not very pleasant to look at on screen either.

The movie is pretty good actually. Entertaining and emotional, not preachy. The only flaw I can say is that it follows the template of Ayushmann's earlier films - social, issue-based comedy. But they usually work at the box office, so why not?

Yeah Abhishek Kapoor rarely goes wrong,though I hate that his movies make me cry most of the time.This seems to be on the lighter side
