1. she indirectly calls him oonth and he calls her jeera/jeeri whatever .. and she says to “tune maan liya na tu oonth h and oonth k muh me jeera” subtext dekh re ho logo…

2. when he said family se pyar krta hu and aj jo meri family ne jhela wo dobara na jhelna pde.. so he meant Meety .. so is he in love with her? ya fir chlo family to bola…

3. she has no issues with English as she was reading it just fine.. so no such track I wonder

4. when she was asking him why he has become sweet, his expression changed.. his feelings are changing.. it has surpassed friendship…but abhi next level tk jump lgane ka irada ni h..

5. when he turned in sleep.. I thought he will put his arm around her unknowingly but wo to khud jaaga hua ta..
