On topic, I'd say Juhi, Manisha, and Rani. In that order.

But Aamir had good chemistry with most of his co-stars.

His chemistry with Preity in DCH is underrated. They were awesome as a pair. Preity and Rani made good combos with pretty much every actor, so that could be why.

Not talked about much, his chemistry with both Rani and Kareena in Talaash was off-charts. Such brilliant performances by them all and they complemented each other so well.

In Taalash he had character chemistry with kareena that character chemistry was amazing b/w them but naturally they don't have a chemistry

Only Juhi Chawla. Aamir and Juhi were magical together and even created sensation in brief appearance together in Andaz Apna Apna.

Juhi has best chemistry with Aamir onscreen. QSQT, HHRPK, Ishq all iconic. Fans were heartbroken when the duo did not work after Ishq.

Other than Juhi, I think Rani Mukerji in Ghulam and Talaash had very good chemistry with Aamir. Kajol also complemented him surprisingly well in Fanaa.

The answer is undoubtedly Juhi Chawla

Aamir and Farah were magical in Isi Ka Naam Zindagi

Amir had a great chemistry Just with juhi. With others actresses not remarkable at all.
