Dekho, child marriage and dahej pratha sadiyo purani malpractice hai which was depriving women of their basic rights resulted into serious women related offence and it was on mass scale , impacting whole society so that's why its abolishing was needed and it was a major reform.

You can not compare social malpractices with interference in husband wife personal matters wo bhi aj ki date me. Its 2021
