Actually, looking at how mahima ratted out manjari and neil for talking to akshu, I have a feeling mahima does not care about getting akshu for abhi. I do hope though mahima does do something to get akshu married to abhi if ever abhi-arohi matter rises again

She only did it because she does not want anyone getting Abhi. She needs to get introduced to Ruby and they can have their cat fights while Abhi ignores the pages for him to see some patient with acidity issues and send Dr. Arohi to deal with that headache.

Neil can then come up with a new plan to lock Abhi and Akshara in a room together to talk 😆 Cause these two leads need to talk.
