Yeah, I did, I tried to understand him after that too, even after he stayed silent when Imlie said M challenged her. That was the biggest hit for me. I thought he had a plan but I was wrong, he was just dumb. But still, I was trying to walk in his shoes until he asked that question. Even after that, seeing him cry melted my heart a bit. I hoped that he'll send M away. Instead, he didn't just let her stay but also let her assassinate his wife's character. How can anyone defend such a husband?

Him falling in love with her is not a problem. Adi's case has clearly shown that there is no control over who you love.

Problem would be when he would try to get same love from Imlie.
