About imlie crying alone yes my heart melted and i do get a bit narrow sighted in terms of that I admit and I did tear up but then I also agree with AY on it t it is not like someone stopped imlie from.shsring her khushi with them ok adi se iska toff hai abhi toh kar le jaake Amma se share T fam se share waise bhi aana jaana sab hai and they all have happily adjusted to the new situation ke imlie toh bahaar rahe caz dravni but baaki gaur rshein again imlie kisi ne tumhein nikala nahi hai toh who and what is stopping her from sharing it witb her apne.none of of at any point stopped being her apne or said they aren't ..heck adi khud wants to share every bit of her journey with her kaun rok raha hai isse . Bas iska khud ka Confusion which on most times look more like a tantrum or zid then actual confusion too..to me

Mera point bas itna sa hai ki writers and Imlie can't have it both ways.....lol Imlie left home on her own - no one threw her out or isolated her deliberately.....yes, it is also true that they all didn't support her as much as they should have in the face of M ki bakwaas accusation about the goli maarna.....bas mute putle banke khade rahe sab (Ts ka so called support from that day has turned out to be a joke in hindsight too even though Imlie still only holds Adi to blame😆)......but at the end of the day, they are all still asking for Imlie to come back to them and usko apna hi maan rahe hain......lol toh Imlie now praying to SM ki mera koi apna nahin raha yeh ID card ki khushi baantne ko.....lol dunno but it was a hard sell for me cuz I couldn't buy the premise......Imlie has isolated herself deliberately because she is hurt and angry - she herself has chosen to walk her path alone now toh phir kyun aise rona jaise logon ne ise akela kar diya and iska koi apna nahin raha? lol didn't she herself choose to not have any apne cuz ab focus bas career pe hai?

ST acted very well in that scene, no doubt about it.....but if the intent of the scene was to show a conflicted Imlie, then I felt the Saturday epi balanced that better than this epi.

I just get the strange sense that the writers want to recreate the Imlie of the first 200 epis who was either pushed away by Adi or by the Ts, so she had cause to sit in front of SM and cry ki main akeli hoon, meri toh bas SM hai😆....but this current Imlie has CHOSEN to leave apna ghar. No one has pushed her away or foresaken her this time.....so story-wise it's hard to sell this rona-dhona even in the name of TRP ki haaye bechaari bacchi akeli hai aur uska bas SM hi sahara hai.....Imlie has CHOSEN the isolation this time, it wasn't forced on her like the previous times.....so it's kinda disconnecting for me a bit when they try to show her mouthing these "mera koi apna nahin" dialogues in this particular context.....lol

AY - you explained it very well and it makes sense - do you think it would have been more believable if instead of saying “apne” she could have directed her thoughts back to SK and Adi - or just thought about how she is not able to share the moment with Adi - I don’t know - maybe that would have fit in better? Ha ha then they would have repeat the vishwaas monologue 😆

I see your point on the “apne”’ part of the conversation - so maybe they could have continued her thoughts from when she started walking away from Adi..

No your point is completely valid :)) and yes when you say it that way I am bale to see where you are coming from and agree with it. Again let's nit forget this imlie herself left her Amma peeche too in her walk away toh kya wih bhi apni nahi Hain. How ate her apne ..apne enough to have these causal visits and take their pampering and soak in that warmth and all but convenience ke hisaab se at times like this I have no apna..it does feel like very double standards and uhmm off then.. jab waise koi issue nahi hai toh why does she feel then ke uska ghar nahi uske apne nahi..ok ghar nahi still is slightly better worded caz technically ghar nahi hai she doesn't know where she belongs whether she was right to leave or no but apne hi nahi hain no..caz phot apno ke liye phone bhi rakhna hai apno se otherwise milna bhi hai and all toh yes it sounds better in the context of he leaving her home caz adi didn't beleive her or no but aone toh apne hi hain they never asked her ke un sabko aoni nabi hai so she can't share anything with them heck if anything they kept insisting to inform them and keeo them in loop all of them..and again sasural nahi bhi karna tih Amma toh hain share karne ke liye ot is it too early to call Amma again lol

Frankly thay would have made more sense ke chah ke bhi apke saath nahi share kar paa rahe and then her conflict over having her issues with adi it would have looped in better with her conversation with SM top ke durri kykn hai badal kab chatteinge etc

Didn't want to be much of a party pooper since most people seemed to have enjoyed the scenes of Imlie ka excitement over her ID card today.....lol maybe I just watched too late in the day or maybe I just felt tired of all the filler ASR bakwaas scenes otherwise sprinkled throughout the epi that I didn't have much patience for Imlie acting like others pushed her away rather than her walking out on her own😆.

And ofcourse the other thing that continues to make me roll my eyes is that she never holds anything against the Ts who actually isolated her for so long and are also still treating M like some kind of Rani in their house even after she accused Imlie of shooting her.....lol but nahin, akela ise sirf Adi ne kiya apparently and that is why she supposedly has no one to show her ID card to😆.....lol heck she has a phone now and can call the Amma she also walked out on that day😆....but naa, suddenly we must all be like haaye bechaari Imlie, she has no one😆.....matlab there are many valid reasons to sympathize with Imlie over all she's been through.....why the need for this contrivance at this point?😕😆.....but maybe I'm the only one who found it contrived.....everyone else seems quite happy seeing her emotional over the ID😆.

I guess I need to rewatch the Adilie office bits in isolation to get a better sense of them but first watch mein toh mujhe thoda flat lage cuz my brain kinda checks out whenever they show Imlie acting like a sehmi hui gaaye in front of that ASR.....if they want to put out a sense of Imlie wanting to prove herself, then they shouldn't have done all those lambe chaude scenes of her berating with her forced lambe se nicknames for him trying to act like she won't take nonsense from him but office mein gardan jhukaa ke ghulaam banti hai....lol and the Adi-ASR bits also felt flat to me today cuz they are making it lopsided again that this guy thinks he can order everyone around without having the personality to pull it off but we we are supposed to buy it for the sake of the script?😆.....same way we are expected to buy that everyone has no brains around M no matter what obvious level of lame excuses she makes to beg for sympathy? 😆

I just don't find it believable why either Adi or Imlie back down in front of this guy and on what basis😕....all he does is throw around his weight in the name of "owner". Adi is a guy who responds to guilt tripping and gets cowed down by that.....since when did he start getting cowed down by a random guy just cuz he is calling himself "boss'? 😕😆.....and yeh Imlie jo otherwise is bande ke muh pe chillar maar chuki hai baahar, office mein she acts like he has full right to make her darbaan ya kuch bhi and yeh bas sar jhuka ke sunegi in the name of "pehli naukri".....lol the disjointedness is just glaring since she has made a whole show about leaving her own house for "self respect" but continues to accept disrespect at her job simply cuz she wants an assignment by hook or crook?😕😆......aur agar aisa hai toh make someone point out her hypocrisy rather than continuing to make it seem like her act of leaving the house was only some grand "self-respect wala stand"😆.

Also I genuinely don't get why they are all acting like newspapers is the only business this guy has😆......Didn't they claim he is some businessman? What businessman CEO sits in a newspaper office all day?😆.....and what CEO/owner personally monitors each article submission for an internship?😕

Editor saab apna khud ka role bhool gaye hain that as Editor, he should be deciding these things rather than running to the owner every 2 minutes. It's like saying in a school, a teacher should take every student assignment personally to the principal to get approval😕😆.....toh phir Teacher ka kya kaam hai bhai?

Owners are usually active participants & in all area they touch

Even they have other business they will ultimately there for there editorial policies .

Role of demeaning Editor to the level as you said is rubbish … theymust never show that…

Why should question staff personal life

And also in newspapers master servant relationship is different from other entities then why to show authority

Owners are usually involved in decisions related to strategy and growth for the business....which owner has the time to be involved in daily menial decisions for a business? I've never heard of an owner being personally involved in internships....these are usually delegated to Managers to handle.

And for a Newspaper, they all the more should be maintaining the independence of an Editor as the head of the team who decides how the assignments are managed.....if the owner wants to personally handle all these things, why is the Editor even there? LOL let him run it as a one man army since he seems to consider himself the only one capable of doing all the jobs in an organization😕.

I'm just finding him very difficult to buy as an authority figure in this track even though everyone keeps claiming ki CEO hai toh he can treat anyone however he wants to.....phir toh ekdum typical hi hogaya like other shows na? Why even show a newspaper as the background then? Generic sa koi business dikhaa dete and Imlie ko lagaa dete as "secretary" wahaan.....lol since that is the extent of the kind of work this ASR is making her do in this track anyways.
