Shamita...I, Me, My self

Shamita is all about I, Me, Myself.

Khud ko rani hi samajhti hai ghar ki.

She thinks she is the cleverest and the only right one to understand each and everything.

She blames others for what she has been doing herself.

She is unnecessarily favoured most of the time.

Last week was the best... Shamita ki faltu ki aur bohot sari bak bak jo sunane ko nahi mili.. Usse please Bahar hi rakho..

Shamita was irritating and getting more and more irritating day by day due to her being undeservingly favoured

Shamita has been given so many unjust advantages that as a viewer, I find myself rooting for everyone else but her (yes, I meant everyone, heck I'd even choose Pratik over her). Shamita may be a good player but when one person is constantly given advantages over the rest, it makes anyone up against them an underdog.

Some unfair advantages she has received during her stay in that house:

1. Shamita was given access to the main house with her 2 co-contestants from OTT.

2. When everyone was downgraded, she was one of the first set of people to return back to the main house.

3. The host never calls her out for anything and doesn't let anyone else call her out either. Apparently Shamita can do no wrong. Ever.

4. Her brother was made a contestant just to let her have someone to lean on inside that house. However entertaining Rajiv Adatia is, we need to agree on the fact that he is inside that house only because he's Shamita's brother. He got offered the show because of that.

5. We all are witness to what happened when an ex contestant, who was invited as a guest by BB team themselves, was humiliated by Shamita for critiquing certain actions of hers. The host and the BB team scolded one person involved in the whole debacle but conveniently chose to ignore Shamita's participation in the same.

6. She broke the house rules while BB was punishing them for blatantly disregarding the rules and so everyone had to lose their weekly ration. However, the person who was at direct fault of the same was still given all of her gluten free items.

7. As if one person wasn't enough of a support system, BB decided to send in her boyfriend and best friend just to make things easier for her.

8. I am sure Vishal's game was exposed early omly because he was playing Shamita like a fiddle and the team did not want her to look like a moron. There's no other reason for throwing Vishal under the bus like that especially when he was doing what the game requires.

9. She reprimanded BB for singling her out for speaking in English and went on a whole rant about how she wasn't the only one at fault. What did BB do? Nothing. Not even a peep about asking her to shut up and accept her mistake.

10. Shamita was taken out of the house on the pretext of having medical procedures done but when she returns, she claims to have seen the entire week's episodes while being treated for her medical complications. Then why did BB ask her to not be in contact with anyone when she was initially leaving the house? If you ask me, watching the whole week's episodes is a bigger advantage than taking feedback from a few people outside. And do not even try telling me that she was in quarantine and there was nothing BB's team could do to limit the things she has access to. No one will buy that bullshit.

11. Shamita was taken out of the house exactly when the VIP contestants were given the power to not even lift a finger inside that house and could have all their chores done by the rest of the contestants. Coincidence? I think not.

12. As soon as Ms.Shetty returns, the whole concept of VIP is abolished. What fortunate timing for Shamita, who isn't a VIP yet.

Shamita's whole arc this season reeks of privilege and unfairness and yet she has the audacity to point fingers at others. She can choose to bring her friend Vishal and his buddies inside the main house, she can eliminate Tejasswi from the race to become the house's captain because Teja isn't her priority yet when anyone else chooses somone apart from her and her clan for anything, they're unfair and selfish? She fought with the junglewassis when she felt Nishant was being manhandled in a task but then the same Shamita can turn a blind eye to Umar actually being violently attacked in front of her? Why so? Only because Umar is not her friend and she doesn't like him. Do you not see the double standards here?

How is it fair when she does it and miraculously unfair when it is Teja and/or Karan doing that exact same thing?

She can change her stand on things as per convenience but god forbid someone else does it, they're labelled manipulative and treacherous?

The hypocrisy and double standards are astounding!

Remember a guru saying if we focus on certain energy it's amplifies similarly here I can't believe few forums members are amplifying too much hate energy and this whole bias cry bla bla bla

Which contestant is perfect ? Neither this show has ever been so moralistic ever. I remember a certain season of bb in which I also used to criticise a contestant so what happens in this process we are only here to focus the negative aspects. Our judgement gets clouded by negativity. The small things get overexaggerated in your brain while everyone is doing mistakes and everyone is favoured. Contestants who should be thrown out for voilence are still there.

👏 Extremely long and yet accurate post...mind if I hop on the rant because I have a lot to say too!

1. I love how Shamita was called out of the house exactly when her image was turning even more negative because of her self centred attitude and baseless comments... convenient no?

2. Whenever anyone is taken out of the house for medical reasons they are under strict supervision and are not allowed to watch BB episodes. An exemplar of this is sid from bb13. But madame not only watched the show, she is flaunting the fact and questioning everyone based on it. WTH?? That is unfair advantage...why allow her back in then? And if you want to do something like that send her to secret room where audience can also see her while she watches everyone else... but no we will take her out, feed her information and dialogues and then send her in better prepared.

3. shamita has not played 1 task in the house, she is either sanchalak or has a proxy playing for her

4. Why the hell is she never reprimanded? not once? sabki galtiyaan pehele dikh jaati hai, Teja ka tone chubta hai but shamita ka usse batar aur disrespectful tone nahi dikhta?

5. Even in the media promo all allegations that were shown were praising shamita and questioning everyone else. Teja (for calling shamita dominating, Vishal (his comment on her and bapat) is no one going to point out her sens of entitlement? her double standards?

6. And finally the cherry on the cake. When VIP was introduced and Shamita did not make it after which she threw a trantrum and was taken out for a week... now that she is back and is still not VIP they g=have dissolved the entire concept "shamita nahi toh koi nahi 🤪"

Bas karo bhai bas karo. Trophy dedo aur khatam karo. They have pulled her to top5 but I don't think she will win. It will be too obvious. Shamita could be a decent player (with a terrible personality although) if they would just let her be.
