I've always said that he doesn't love her like a great lover but he did got inclined towards her. It's like a common arrange marriage stuff. With passage of time and his acceptance towards her as his wife to move on with her. He got attached to her and infact was affectionate towards her❤️. There was an episode,I guess Pritika engagement one where Sherlyn wanted to tell Rishabh that he should not let Prithvi marry Kritika. Sherlyn was looking towards him waiting to tell him about it while he was cuffing his kurta buttons. Rishabh noticed her looking at him and asked if she wants to say something so she out of confusion told him that she likes him at times to which he sarcastically commented that he feels that she hates him. That expression somewhere hinted how he has accepted her. Infact he said there are many things he didn't like just like their wedding but he left it on destiny and it's okay.

When he returned back from London on Ganpatti his behaviour towards her changed and it was very affectionate. Infact his confession to Sherlyn before their breakup where he spoke how he is happy with his decision of marrying her exhibited a lot about his inner feelings. When he saw her earring in Prithvi's pocket & then saw Prithvi he was completely angry . In his eyes there was evidence of pain & hurt due to Sherlyn not for Kritika at that point that's why when he held Prithvi's collar his eyes were moist due to the tears he held in his eyes. He held his pain but his anger bursted in front of Sherlyn while going downstairs the tears held in eyes started rolling down. In front of Preeta finally he opened up how it hurts badly. Then his words to Karan that how own people break trusts and hurt you and this man who doesn't touch drinks literally took help of alcohol to lessen his pain. The anger, frustration and pain with which he was beating the steering of car remembering his lies which he wanted to be truth as he wanted to have his own family with her. Then the Jail confrontation between them where Sherlyn begged for a chance genuinely (until makers did a palti) tears were dripping from his eyes because he badly wanted her plea be the truth. Or say his confrontation with Prithvi where he was completely to pushed to spot due to Prithvi's words where he was literally affected by Prithvi's mind game although he lied that his petty games doesn't affect him. The conversation with Sherlyn post that incident where he literally went on to say that he doesn't want to trust anybody except her & explained how relationship fails and said that he doesn't want to happen that with them.

Also,in Friday's episode he with very few words and with his blush conveyed that he has something for Sherlyn.

Yes, we have blamed Preeta for reading him wrong but never did that with Karan when he also pointed out Rish is in love Sherlyn. The thing is Rishabh is a man of very few words. In very less words he conveys what's on his mind and heart always. Before exposure day he was talking to Karan about how is planning to have a family of his own with her but never said it directly to Sherlyn about it but Sherlyn from his very few words made out what he wanted to say. She said this to Prithvi too and then used it in front of Rishabh to incline him towards her.This guy even eats the tasteless food prepared by her saying he will adjust in a very cute way. So,there is a lot more than we are seeing honestly.

Blame on Makers for messing up with storylines and weird directions and also for not capitalizing on their potential & chemistry. Maybe they're confused whether its ethical or not to make them sail.

There is a part of me who knows ship will sink due to that hollow but a part of me is hopeful. Whatever it is I will enjoy what I will get as I am prone to my fictional ship sinking.🥺❤️

Just made me root for him more despite the rainbow wardrobe and missing hair gel.

Manit has just wonderful chemistry with everyone and Rishabh as. Character has so much potential n terms of story and love.

The potential he has👏. I shouldn't say this but I find him better than the leads infact his chemistry with Ruhi is underrated!
