That rival is so useless. First I was scared he would do some kaand and may frame Suhani with cheating in the exam hall or something. But Ranveer did those honors🤣 he was just roaming around doing nothing. I believe that's his stepbrother given the way they were towards the parents. It would also make sense why Ranveer hates his father's guts IF that's actually his father, could be his step-father. And since the villain was all goody with the dad, I'm assuming that's his son

Vikrant is the father to Ranveer, Ansh, and some unnamed sister 🤣 Ranveer’s mother is Mamta as we have seen, and Ansh’s mother is Garima I think her name is 🤣(based off the wiki) sister is still a mystery

why Vikrant remarried is a mystery on its own 🤣
