I see various reasons:

I think hand cart unless it can be lowered to create a steep path can’t be used due to height and body weight difference of Meet H and Meet A…he is severely injured and can barely walk .. how will she manage to push him on the cart … and it was deserted and suddenly a man coming with a cart sure look weird… also not to forget they wanted to portray how strong Meet H is…and she can manage on her own without any stroke of luck in her favor..

another reason is writers finally wanted to show something new… and chose to change mode of transport ….🤣

also As far as I remember hand carts in real life mostly are not 6 feet 2 inch long… has Meet A be an average height person say 5’7” or 8” it could have worked…

may be that scene will come on tuesday first half since Rajvardhan hasn’t reached hospital yet…and babita also looked like she came next day only…

yeah and if one look closely, since she literally has to drag the rickshaw…effectively its same as a handcart.. rather more difficult because chain is broken….

Meet H reaches there.. fights goons… fools them with police siren sound… unable to get any help … meet A car doesn’t have keys so she turns up a rusted hand rickshaw…ties him up with his belt and tries to pedal it but due to rust, chain gave up.. so she drags the rickshaw barefoot… after a while few folks support Meet A head and legs..

Babita have headache … she asks the family members not to call Meet as he will be troubled and will reach there in no time… on the other hand Meet and Meet reaches hospital… she asks doctor to attend him but he says he can’t without FIR… she tells him he has to as govt changed the rule.. otherwise she will file a complaint against him…doctor agrees and ask what relation does she have with him… she recalls him pledging not to accept her as his wife and also her pledge in front of Durga ma idol that she will never leave his side .. she tells doctor that she is his wife..

doctor takes him to OT.. she calls up Rajvardhan and ask him to reach the hospital informing that Meet A has gotten injured… Rajvardhan leaves without waking up babita..

here in hospital, Meet H is informed that Meet A needs 3 bottles blood as he has lost too much blood .. she needs to get three people to donate blood so that he can get blood..

she donates one.. but nurse asked her to arrange two more persons..

she doesn’t have two more persons she asks her to take from her only to which nurse replies that she can’t donate again in next 3 months…

on finding no way out, she goes to other blood bank and register to donate again.. she hides her previous donation by removing bandaid .. she is extremely weak but manages to bring the blood bag to hospital .. she gave it ot the IcU nurse .. which informs that this much blood is enough and they don’t require more… nurse goes inside.. Meet H faints.. episode ends..

Right now it is only verbal clues, once we see we will get visual clues for theory 😛
