Fateh , angad and tejo face off
This is one shot
Earlier i wrote on whispers of destiny where angad sacrificed but this is a different version.

11pm virks residence at roof top
It was dark and cold . He sat on the hard terrace feeling the cool breeze of the night. Deep inside he was shattered. The words on the wedding invitation were still disturbing his distraught mind.
Tejo sandhu weds angad mann
"How could she start a relationship so soon. Perhaps if i speak to him , he might back off"
He was deep in thoughts.
The next morning at 9 am academy
He arrived early and sent jasmin on yet another shopping spree full day so she won't be around, getting on his nerves. Tejo wont be in as well. She has gone with her family to gurdwara for special prayers for the marriage.
Good we will be alone

Minutes later, angad mann , the rich witty investor walked into the cabin and fateh singh virk was ready to ambush him with his claws. He doesn't give a damn! Academy geyi bhad main. Only tejo matters. Angad can pull his investment if he wants.
How dare u ! He stood up throwing the wedding invitation on the table .
Angad smiled,
"Oh! I see , u dont seem to be happy that i am marrying ur ex-wife. " He stressed on the ex to which the former understood immediately.
Fateh furiously , "so ex is ex, why u care!
Angad calmly, " i care na. Becoz she is ex"
Fateh angrily " toh"
Angad calmly, " toh "
Fateh angrily, " toh kya"
Angad calmly," toh kya"
Fateh impatiently, "arey agey bhi toh bol"
Angad smiling, " tum agey agey, main teri ex key piche piche"
Fateh angrily," samaj aya meri ex, yani meri hain"
Angad smiling, " toh phir teri sali kiski hain. Tu chahe toh main dono sey shadi karleta hun. Tere sey ziada paisa hain. Dono ka monthly maintenance full on. Ziada credit cards bhi hain. Teri sali bhi mere sat kush".
Fateh furiously" aek sey peth nehin bharta, jo dusri bhi chahiye"
Angad laughing, " if i ask u the same question"
Fateh silent. Didnt know what to say.
Angad smiling patting the former"s shoulder, "aisa hain dost, one is enough. Two is mental torture. Go home, drink coconut water and u feel cool , refreshed and relieved"
Angad left there and then to make a business call.
Fateh sank in his seat. This man was not easy to be defeated. I have to do something. Tejo , i need to speak to her.
Just then he sent her a message
Tejo, need to talk to u. Urgent. Pls call back
Message not sent. Number blocked.
He was shocked. She blocked him. It has to be him. Angad must have told her to do so.
5pm at sandhus
The same evening, he parked his car a little further from sandhus house and sneaked into tejo's room successfully . The rest were happily having chai pakoda at the living room discussing about marriage plans.
Tejo was alone in her room. Need to talk to her. Tomorrow onwards jasmin will be joining her as tejo requested her to be back home for the rituals.
Tejo!
He jumped from the window into the room. She was checking details of the wedding preparations agendas on some sheets of papers
She was shocked to see him. Before, she could speak a single word , he lashed at her
"How dare u block my number"
She was irritated but tried to remain calm. It was time to speak up . Give him the sweet slap.
Tejo smilingly, "Aaj tak kisi ney bhi teri wali dare nehin ki"
Fateh confused," which dare"
Tejo smilingly, " EMA wali"
Fateh was embarrassed. He couldn't answer.
"Irrk toh thik hain na. Gelti ho geyi. As humans, we make mistakes."
Tejo smilingly, " so i also made mistake na"
Fateh confused, " but u never had EMA. So what mistake?".
Tejo smirked " marrying u was my mistake. A fickle minded ,messed up ,confused, low IQ wala husband . Oops sorry, ex- husband"
Fateh furious, " so now u want to replace me with more intelligent one"
Tejo laughed, " at least u admitted he"s more intelligent" .
Fateh disappointed, " i never thought tu itni jeldi bedel jaogi tejo. U used to love me. "
Tejo smiled, " used to but not now. Feelings change".
Fateh angrily, " u are talking in his tone now. He influenced u to block my number" .
Tejo calmly, " i blocked it voluntarily to reduce phone storage. Unwanted items should be removed".
He didn't have words left.
"Tejo , niche ajao. Chai thendi ho rehi hain "
Abhiraj's voice interrupted.
Tejo smilingly, " pls excuse me, mr ex. I want to enjoy sometime with my family. Few days later then vidaai . Oh! U can join us for tea as well . I am sure they wont mind ex son in law joining for tea as their own daughter is busy shopping all the time"
She walked away leaving him standing still. Silent. Faced the wrath of tongue from both. Now time for action. He was determined to stop the marriage and retaliate their ego which was kiling him to the core.
Jasmin was back to sandhus . Tejo ignored her most of the time and kept a distance. She was proud that fateh loved her more . The others ignored her as well. Couldn't wait to get rid of her
The wedding rituals were organised at sandhus place with both families and relatives joining hands in celebrations. All were happy except for the one very disturbed soul who couldn't see his ex moving on in her life.
He gets angry seeing them dancing together at the sangeet . Angad was loved by many. Tejo's mehendi turned out darker than jasmin's Everyone praised her. U got a more loving husband to which jasmin was annoyed but remained silent. Who cares what they say.
On wedding day
10 am at sandhus
Fateh's baraat arrived on time but angad didnt turn up.
Everyone was afraid. What happened. Tejo's heart sank. Not again. Not another betrayal.
Fateh was relieved. Looks like his rival ran away. Some guests started taunting. Tejo ki to kismat hi kherab hain
Just then engine of a helicopter heard nearby. Angad entered in a grand way. Waving from the helicopter with background hindi song of salman film
Kudiye band ke sehra main to aya re
Doli baraat bhi saat mein main to laya re
Tenu leke main jawanga
Dil deke main awanga
The helicopter was decorated with heart shaped balloons Everyone cheered . Tejo was in tears. What a crazy future husband.
It made a landing on the spacious roof of sandhus and everyone ran up to the rooftop to greet him leaving fateh and virks all alone at the entrance gate.
Gurpreet taunted him. " See, i told u . U will be left alone" .
Angad took away the limelight. Fateh was being patient. He had a plan in his mind which was to burn the mandap.
The nite before, he sneaked into sandhus and spilled kerosene all over the store room. He will sneak again during marriage rituals and lit the fire. It will spread easily. Marriage will be called off and angad will return in his helicopter alone.
Serve him right and tejo as well
11am at the mandap
Rituals started with jai mala and dulhas sitting at the mandap. Fateh made an excuse to go to the gents. He took the opportunity to lit the store room.
The brides were seated next to their grooms. All virks were upset except kushveer who knew his son was not happy and would stop the marriage. He was glad his plan was working. Both father and son had their own agendas against the marriage.
As the mothers were doing their kids gathbandhan , the flames spread to the mandap area with heavy clouds of smoke.
Everyone ran for safety . Sandhus were devastated that their house was on fire. Angad called the fire brigade. He and abhiraj tried putting it out. Fateh pretended to help. Deep inside he was relieved. Marriage called off. Virks were glad as well.
The next morning
10 am virks
All seated in the living room happily chatting . Fateh was glad but pretended being upset in front of jasmin that their marriage didn't take place. Jasmin returned to virks. Sandhus shifted to hotel rooms sponsored by angad till their hse was fully renovated.
Just then a courier guy entered.
Parcel for fateh singh virk.
Mahi signed for her brother and excitedly passed it to him .
Seconds later, he dropped its content on the floor. Shocked and instantly sank on the marble floor of the living room . Virks were confused. Nimmo picked up and read

Tejo sandhu legally married to angad mann
The date was a week back.
Virks were shocked. Kushveer the most. He snatched it from nimmo's hand.
Two weeks before when he put the condition for the marriages, tejo and angad registered their marriage. Sandhus didn't say anything about this. Kushveer was disappointed his plan failed.
He wanted fateh to stop the marriage and unite with tejo
Yeh kaisey ho sakta hain! He lashed at everyone.
Gurpreet started crying hugging her shattered son.
"Main betata hun". They were interrupted by rupi's voice.
Rupi explained it was his plan to unite tejo angad because he wanted to keep her away from Fateh. When kushveer announced the condition for the marriages, rupi understood clearly what kushveer had in mind. He was a father as well. The former wanted to unite fateh and tejo but he wanted tejo away from her ex and his family. She was just used by them.
Rupi knew fateh will take a drastic step when angad confided about their face off at the academy. The whole family was in gurdwara when angad called and told him that he was right about fateh not happy with tejo getting married.
Earlier rupi mentioned it to angad but he didn't believe. After what happened in the academy, angad felt the former was right. He could smell trouble.
Angad and rupi met up that afternoon alone at a nearby cafeteria and rupi told him to register his marriage with tejo. The same night he spoke to tejo and told her off u want to move on with a man who can make u smile or a man who can only give sorrow. And u know ur sister wont let u live peacefully. Tejo agreed finally.
The next day itself , angad spoke with his lawyers and registered his marriage with tejo. Other sandhus were not aware. Rupi kept it to himself.
"Virk saab, u want my daughter to stay with ur son and i want her away", rupi stated calmly.
He continued
" I sacrificed her once for family honour. But not again. The more she is away from ur son, the more happier she would be".
Then, he gave an invitation card. "Hindu ritual marriage today evening at temple followed by rituals in gurdwara and dinner. U are all cordially invited. Reception invitation will be given to u tomorrow. It's on weekend at a grand ballroom"
Please come and bless my daughter. I will be grateful.
"By the way, Groom is making an entry with helicopter. So for baraat swagat, we will meet at the temple rooftop. Isnt it exciting. What a creative son in law the lord blessed me and i am so thankful. Unlike the earlier ones who were just morons".
"Oh! One more thing". He took out his phone and played the video where fateh was spilling kerosene in sandhus storeroom. Angad fitted hidden cameras everywhere . Rupi advised him to do so. They knew fateh will take a drastic step seeing how messed up he is.
Virks were shocked. Fateh was embarrassed.
"I can call the police but I don't want to humiliate
ur son further. He's been to the lock up earlier".
Then rupi faced fateh who was still sitting on the floor.
" No one tied ur hands and legs and made u sit at the mandap when u married tejo . U agreed to marry her to save ur family from humiliation. Then u humiliated them by having an affair with her sister. Then u humiliated tejo by keeping ur mistress under the same roof. Then another humiliation with the divorce. U can only humiliate people and u deserved to be humiliated"
"If u don't want to get arrested, pls settle the bill for the hse renovation" He threw the bills on fateh's face.
" Stay away from my daughter". Rupi walked away.
Angad and tejo were married off with full rituals and a week later flew to canada taking sandhus along for honeymoon. Family honeymoon. Angad got their docs ready in a nick of time by bribing the authorities and he had contacts in the embassy. Tejo fulfilled her promise of taking her family to canada someday. Through angad, the wish was fulfilled.
She had new challenges on her way. Angad had few family members after his property.
Meanwhile jasmin still trying to get fateh to be married to her but the former vows to snatch tejo from angad . He wanted to win tejo at any cost.
