According to the HP books,the best looking males would be Sirius & Cedric Diggory as (if I remember right) they are the only two people whom JKR expressly refers to as being"very good looking" or "exceptionally handsome"

But as far as the HP Movies goes,I would say Draco Malfoy as ,Tom Felton is quite hot😳.But overall I also like Rupert Grint aka Ron coz he has got a very attractive smile & I love the way he speaks!😳

Hmmmm....like evryone had said, according to book, it must be Cedric or Sirius, but according to movie, i will say Cedric only...😛
