I know he didn't forgive her for turning down Mangal Pandey otherwise we might have seen them in future projects.

She was kicked out of Mangal Pandey. She signed the movie for a certain amount then refused to shoot until Aamir paid her more. The shooting had started but Aishwarya asked for more money before coming on the set.

When Aamir called her to talk with her, she told him to negotiate with her manager.

Aamir kicked her out and replaced her with Rani. Since then Aamir has not casted her again even though she tries very hard.

Juhi Chawla was Miss India. Aamir did work with her. He worked with Ash in Mela and was supposed to work with her in Mangal Pandey the Rising too. He did not work with other beauty queens due to height barrier. Saif worked with Dia Mirza.

I guess it is the height factor due to which both Khans avoided working with beauty queens earlier.
