I think the only possibility that happens is Anuj doesnt know Anu heard his confession and Anu doesnt confront him either coz she is guilty that he has gone thru a lot for her. She will also ask her family to never mention this topic aur sab log diwali guilt mein manayenge 😂😂thats the only explanation I see 😛😛

but for a min if we have to take the story forward, i think he will know that she knows, nahin tho patri pe aage kaise jayenge yaar. I am trying to think of another explanation. Now yeh bhi dekhna hai whether he lands in a hospital!!
