BB contestants - the reason for taking up the show!?

Hello everyone.

I am mostly a silent reader. But always had this question in mind so thought to put it up here.

BB is quite a controversial show and a risky show. Nobody knows how it will turn out for them , either it can build somebody's image or tarnish it as well.

Not to mention difficult show as well. Staying so many days isolated without any outside contact.

Apart from that people personal lives and pasts are deliberately brought out in messy ways.

So my question was why people generally choose to do the show??

For new comers I can understand, it's a good platformto enter showbiz and gain recognition , and brings them to lime light. Offcourse along with the money.

But for already established actors,

I had an opinion that...

Actors whose career has kind of come to a stand still mostly take up BB?

actors whose initial buzz has died down/ or is reducing... Then they choose BB to regain the limelight and increase fanbase??

Because I have observed many actors who are doing well for themselves don't prefer to take up BB.

Does anyone else has similar thoughts?

OR

Actors take it up just because of the hefty amount paid and the popularity of the show ??

Let's just say people come on the show to get a boost.

If they are already doing well then they probably don't need it.

Also money is a huge motivation.

Apparently someone like Kundra can command 10 lakh per week.

So even if he stays 3 months - that a a cool 1.2 crores.

So the motivation in money.

And a boost.

Let's just Kajol is not going to be coming on to the show anytime soon.

Yeah I agree. Kind of feels like money is definitely a huge motivation but main factor seems to be the , revival, boosting, redirection of career.
