if i remember correctly....karkhana was due for closure due to non payment of 20 lakh property tax.... some fraud happened by bank employees and the house became pledged too....i remember they all sunaoed anu ki tumhari galti se ye ghar girvi chala gaya....and the total payoff amount became 40 lakh...she took the money frm rakhi and paid her off later thru anuj's help

I think house hunting will take some time (as it usually does) until then she will be with her mom.

But when Vanraj said Anuj Kapadia ki bahon mein... I was like Anu should just say yes and he was better than you. I am sure V isn't done with nonsense so he will say something like that again so Anu can definitely say that to him. That would just kill V as he is so insure from Anuj.

Karkana was pledged to bank and that became a fraud. The last date for paying tax was nearing and if it was not paid by next day it will be closed. Though Anupama can manage online, V will be hit badly if it closes. So Anupama in the night goes to beg Rakhi dave. She won't give without any security. Anupama calls Bapuji and ask him, he give permission to pledge her portion of the house with Rakhi. Rakhi dave do online tax payment and saves karkana. Though Rakhi dave gave time to pay back the loan, she wants her entertainment so demands it on that day when Anu had to return back with cheque from anuj, which is a salary loan.

So the papers are probably for the house. I mean the ones that Kavya is talking to Baa about...Anu will happily sign those but why shall she have to pay the 40 lakhs?

is it because she owns the Dance Academy which is already pledged to the bank this is making me dizzy now.
