Thank you for the post. Yes I liked today's episode because I could see the angst building in for both the characters. Raghav had the guilt earlier too but unfortunately he is falling into the trap of Esha and is doing more mistakes and his helplessness is making him lash out at Pallavi. They need the break to think straight and if Esha thinks that Pallavi being out of RR Mansion means it is automatic shoe-in for her as Raghav's wife then she is severely mistaken. Raghav might go the honor route and leave Pallavi also but he will never give the place of Pallavi to Esha - He will and always stay Pallavi's husband.

And yes, I wanted to bring it up too: I don't think they changed the track per se because it's hard to do so after the third angle's already been introduced and they've shown the Warangal night but they've shortened the track and reduced EshGu cringe fest in order to pacify the viewers. Maybe we were initially going to see more of bechari Esha before her magical transformation to a delulu psycho Esha. This means we're still gonna get everything ss had originally planned for, like an MU and/or separation but it will hopefully have lesser scenes where we're forced to feel anything for Esha's long lost louu.

As long as the cringe fest and tum mere “ho”, aur aisa “hota” and ek saath “honge” is not there, I can bear this.

As for emotions, these writers are hardly focussing on emotions.. randomly here and there, they are inserting scenes but consistently they dont, they just jump to the next tadka.. am Guessing atleast one scene of pallavi with aai will come where she will breakdown post the revelation

I would really love some one to portray a female lead's emotions too but I have to say I have seen very few of those instances. That is why PS I love you is one of the very rare films that have focused on the emotions of the female lead after a devastating loss. Many ITV shows and movies only portray women as the ones who are there to fix things and rescue the drowning house-mates.

Regarding Pallavi I think the creatives have established as she being the stronger one out of two and Raghav the broken one of the two. Hence I think they are again going to show Raghav being rescued by Pallavi after Raghav goes on self-destruct mode. As long as they show Raghav and Pallavi in angst I am okay because I really want them to go through this self-discovery as to what they mean for each other.

It’s complete miscalculations here. P can’t understand R & his behaviour. R has not understood P’s commitment to him even now. R & P haven’t understood E. But the biggest one is for E. And I’m really sad that Sunny has not intimated his dear sister about this because he has always been a first hand witness to this. The real P & R relationship. The craziness, madness, the limitless relationship that they have where they leave everything else for each other. The CVs haven’t shown that for this very purpose and this track we’ve not seen that. The misconception that R will get over from P. P might be devastated by her separation, she might think that she’ll die, but it’s R who will really die. And this E has not seen.

Sunny just wants Raghav's money. He hardly cares for anything else. Right now Pallavi being Raghav's wife is the biggest threat for him to swindle Raghav of his hard earned money. So he wants Pallavi out of his house and he knows that without Pallavi in his life, Raghav is going to go bonkers. But what Sunny has miscalculated is that Pallavi is a lioness when it comes to her territory and in reality it is the lioness who are more fierce than the Lion when their herd is threatened. So the moment Amma comes and tells Pallavi that Esha is exploiting Raghav or Raghav is on self-destruct mode, Pallavi will leave everything and come running to expose Esha. That is what she is and how she reacts. After Esha is exposed maybe she might again go back to be emotionally distant with Raghav but I don't think Pallavi will stay calm once she knows Raghav is not doing good or is spiraling down into abyss.

At this point, given the history of the writers, am really not sure how much focus will be on raghav pallavi and their self-discovery cuz since they have all moved back to kolhapur from hyderabad shooting, i have felt the writers havent really paid much attention to the leads love story and their graph or even utilised their characters chemistry that well. Its just my personal opinion that the writing team didnt really give a good build up to their confession that well unlike other shows where the build up drama to the leads confession plays out so well. May be sandip thought it was not realistic to have that build up?? . and post confession, they have hardly shared conversations. And post mandaar toh its zilch.. somehow am confident only about more tadka and not the heart touching emotions. Those are reserved for the audience to extrapolate..

Also… its itv.. so the female lead has to be the hero for everyone.. i think that much is given.

Well said ✌️. Raghav and pallavi didn't had a chance to start the normal marriage life at first place...they started at bitter note with more misunderstanding and both don't have any idea about each other past. But they did reach this phase where still both love each other unconditionally. Ball is again on pallavi court and as you said she maybe away from him after confrontation but once she knows he is on trouble she would be the first person to shield and protect him and raghav will understand what mistake he is keep on doing.. both are strong personalities so they will learn only hard way. Raghav will go tough phase than before to get her back again but whatever may they maybe away from each other but love will always keep them intact together.

If Pallavi leaves (on finding out that Raghav lied to her) before Esha's truth comes out to everyone then it's highly likely for her to come back as PRR the lioness to save her Raghav and her family (the Raos) from evil Esha. Do you think Esha will be here during the whole separation track? I think she'll be here for the whole thing until RaghVi resolve their differences and reunite, similar to the Mandar track.

Whether she comes back or not, I really want her to distance herself from Raghav for a while. It's possible to care for him and wanting to protect him and the Raos without forgiving him and letting go. At the eod, Pallavi is very different from us and she might choose to do the raat gayi baat gayi thing after a while, also because like you guys were saying, ITV hardly ever does justice to FL's side of the story.

I want Raghav's redemption man, IDC how they go about doing it but I really want one after all the things he's putting P through. Once that's out of the way, he'd have again rightfully earned the love he now thinks he doesn't deserve.

Sharada YES YES YES. And @bold, this reminds me of Kareena's character from Jab We Met. She disappears for nine months and when Aditya finds her, he is shocked to see a polar opposite version of Geet (because of Anshuman's actions and her heartbreak). It was in a different context of course but I want to see the writers focusing on Pallavi's pain FOR ONCE IN THE SHOW FOR A CHANGE. For Heaven's sake, it's not an unreasonable demand is it? After this blow, she deserves to have some time to cry, scream, grieve and heal. No matter what tragedy befalls her, the writers always show her as someone who doesn't give up and faces everything with a smile. I admire that but she is not a superhuman being, she doesn't always have to be okay and suffer in silence through everything.

I really wish they show that. Her emotions that have been hidden behind the smile needs to come out. She should grieve, cry, shout. Do everything she needs to and wants to without suppressing them. But that guy needs to see what he has done to her.
Ru, inspirational women! They pick themselves up and move on! That’s the message from CVs. I loved her breakdown in the beginning of Hyd track. I want to see a greater version of that again.
