Sherlyn is firmly Team Rishabh now. She is torn between being happy that Rishabh will be coming and worried about how Prithvi will escape Rishabh's wrath.
All in all, she is relieved, that she did not have any role to play in this for once, smart girl.

Prithvi is suspicious that Preeta is up to something. He questions Sherlyn and she tells him she doesn't know and walks away.
Prithvi goes to meet Sandeep (actually tries to kill him as in precap, but Sandeep wakes up). Sandeep smartly lies and assures Prithvi that he is on Team Prithvi as he is going to get paid. Prithvi is relieved.
The next morning, Preeta tells Pihu that when she comes back from school, she will meet Rishabh. Pihu is very excited.
Prithvi gets suspicious when he sees the Luthra family is surprisingly very optimistic the next day morning. He tries to question Krithika, she excitedly tells Prithvi that Rishabh is indeed coming home. He questions her but she tells him she doesn't know but feels strongly that he will be home.
Anyway just before Rishabh is taken to the courtroom, Luthras meet him and Rakhi whispers in Rishabh's ears that Sandeep will testify in favour of Rishabh and he will be released. Rishabh looks surprised.
The court assembles and the prosecution lawyer winks at Prithvi irritating him that he is going to give Prithvi away. The defence lawyer finally arrives and Preeta is seen updating the lawyer about Sandeep. Prithvi realizes that there is something big going on that he is unaware of. His suspicions are confirmed when he sees Sherlyn is looking so adoringly at Rishabh. IMHO, Rishabh seeing Sherlyn looked a bit worried as if he was worried about how he is going to gently explain to Sherlyn that their marriage is indeed over. @rmahi25, need your inputs here.
The defence lawyer informs the court that they have some new development.

Karan calls Preeta but they are unable to talk due to heavy rain and network issues. Karan is following the lawyer and tells Preeta that he has found something and will update later. Sandeep calls Preeta to inform her about Prithvi's visit. She assures him she will protect Sandeep from Prithvi. Relieved Sandeep assures Preeta that he is on her side.
Precap
The defence lawyer tells the court that Sandeep will give new testimony. Preeta & Shrisheer come out of the courtroom looking for Sandeep. They meet his fiance Sudeepa who tells them worriedly that Sandeep was waiting for the court to call him but he is nowhere to be found. Preeta suspects Prithvi's involvement in Sandeep's disappearance.
